This tool causes a disturbance in the flow of mana within a certain range, making all magic stop working.

Both her teleportation and the spell to change her appearance to Lucas were cancelled. 

She also tried to use her aura instead of magic, but even her aura became unstable.

Unlike other race who can't have two power sources, Tamahaling can do both magic and aura, but when possessing someone they can only use the aura on the possessed body.
