Marci batted her eyes when she heard Emma's question. So, she guessed right. Lee Wolfland and her boyfriend did know Xion Draconi.

"Hmm.. I do know Xion," Marci replied. "He is a good friend. We clicked as soon as we met. So, he was really studying in the same year as your boyfriend? I thought so..."

"Yes, they were schoolmates," Emma nodded. "He is actually my boyfriend's best friend for years."

"Oh... is that so?" Marci was wondering why Xion didn't tell her that much. So, not only he was studying with Lee's boyfriend, but he was actually the man's best friend? How interesting!

She could kind of suspect that Xion and the man might have a fallout and now they no longer talked? But judging from Lee's questions just now, it looked like she was worried about Xion and wanted to know if he was okay.
