The start to the 'End' of the world.....
Humanity finally paid the price of Global Warming and faced worldwide calamity.
Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, heatwaves, floods and tsunamis ravaged the world leaving it in Ruins.
Floods and tsunamis have destroyed Coastal towns and cities and Even completely drowned the Island countries as a whole.
Huge scale Earthquakes that had never been recorded Before started hitting many Countries around the world disfiguring the Globe and losing its Geographical structure.
Following The earthquakes, exploding volcanic Eruptions happened on a large scale decimating Countries That had active and inactive volcanoes.
And Finally due to increased Carbon Levels in the Atmosphere, The Ozone layer Brokedown and many Regions of the Earth became unhabitable due to the Sun's ultraviolet Rays and increased temperature, affecting people in different parts of the world.
All this caused a World War between the existing Countries for Resources rather than looking forward to a solution together.
Some Countries fought for their own cause to survive and were mostly powerful on their own. Many Countries came Under alliances, but most alliances didn't last for long due to the trust issues and betrayals between them.
Slowly The great powers Started getting Weak which Resulted in their Destruction.
The United Nations had dissolved.
Unity and The Delusion of Religion Were Dead.
Starvation, Fatigue, Loss of Human rights and no Existing Law and Order put the Remaining countries under a State of destruction and chaos thus falling towards their Downfall. to the point where it was every person for themselves in a world where No law governments and Monarchies existed.
During all the Chaos,
A virus was Born called 'RE-gen'.
A man-made Failed Biological Weapon made during the world war that was discarded, escaped a research facility and spread rapidly From Region to Region across continents.
The only way you'd get Affected by the Virus is by Having a Deep untreated Wound, A bite from the Infected or a Person With a Low Immune System.
Those Affected by the Virus would suddenly Die and become the host for the Virus. This Causes them to turn Cannibal and Spread the infection through Violent Contact such as Biting.
The 'RE-gen' Was a smart Virus. It Evolved into different stages with a suitable host which endangered Humanity close to the point of Extinction.
But there were some Cases where Those who had a Deep Wound or A Bite mark and weren't Infected. These people were called the 'MYTH' and were Very Rare among The existing Human population. Some rumours say that They have Enhanced physical abilities than your average Human but we will Never know Who they are as they live among the Humans.
The human population was greatly reduced by 30% from all the insanity and the remaining Humans either formed Alliances or isolated Themselves in a world of no order and Law with the dead creeping Around them.
Currently, after 7 years, The fight against the infected after the great calamity Still goes on to this Day.
Many mysteries are yet to be unfolded, Technology Advancements are on standby, The geographical map of the Globe is yet to be Identified, many cities and Countries remain Unidentified underwater, The Fight For supplies among the sane and living Still goes on.
Rumours of a Vaccine Existing moved around but there was no evidence that was shown and there was no confirmed Existence of the 'MYTH' to This day.
The World Has Been divided into large factions as a replacement to countries. Each Faction controls its own Territory and Resources under it.

The switchblade Are a faction of Nilhists aiming to modernise their territory and were mostly from the origins of late South America and North America.
The Angels Are a faction with a strong belief in God and Aim to spread the teachings of the bible across the modern world.
The Coastal Alliance are a faction that aimed to find Resources and utilities Underwater For Their Sustenance.
The parole Are a faction that believed that politics was the only way you could rebuild the World. They mostly Consisted of people from Late Europe.
The Shiv are a Faction That preaches the dying Hindu, Buddhism, Muslim, Sikh Religions and mostly Consisted of people From The late continent Asia.
The Hollow brothers are a faction Under two Brothers, Jack mathers and Nick Mathhers Who Vigourously Persued to Increase their Territory For their Aim of 'One World, One Identity'.

The Year is 2038, Nine years After This Voice Journal Was Recorded.
The Shiv and Angels Factions Died Out and The Remaining Members were Lost. Nobody Knew What Happened to those Factions and How they fell.
The switchblade Grew in technological advancements and are known for their Weapon craftsmanship and their Availability and Access to Electricity
The Costal Alliances Found various supplies from Underwater towns but were losing their Divers and Submarines in Hand due to an Unidentified Infected under the Water.
The Hollow Brothers Went AWOL and no Contact was made with them since 2030.
Jake Hudson is a post-apocalyptic Legend. He travelled across this Broken World through Swarms of Infected, High Sea levels, Unidentified Infected Mutations, Hostile Factions and Even was Rumoured to Defeat a Horde of infected all by himself.
His stories Were carried on through his lost Voice journals around the Globe. And As for Him He was rumoured to be Dead after coming in contact with am Unidentified Stage Infected.
I'm Will Oscar Davids, 16 years old. I was born when the Chaos and calamity unfolded. My father David Peterson Died looking after me and my mother. When everything settled Down my mother gave birth to me 2 months after my father had died in the Woods.
She built a house, Gathered supplies, Took down the Infected close to our Home and put a defence mechanism, Fed me regularly, Taught me How to survive in the Wild and told stories about The world before the calamity when i Grew up.
"A tough mother Huh?"
But When I was 14 years old, I came back home after a Hunt and found an infected Chewing on her Shoulder.
As shocked i was i immediately took a spear and stabbed it Through its head and Decapitated it.
I immediately came to look after my Injured mother and turns out She was breathing her last breaths.
Her final words were "I've Raised and been there for you all i could. But now I can't anymore, I'll be turning to an infected soon. Remember our blood promise 'i Swear if one of us get bitten we will not Hesitatete to kill because if we're bitten we're As good as dead.' and go live a long life"
With me sobbing like a child i stabbed her through the Chest. To this day i say to myself
"That day I Killed my mother By my Own hands. I could've protected her and stayed at home cause she was unwell."
From that point on i was an orphan surviving in the Woods on my own until i Decided to step out of the place and explore The World Around Me.
My mum would Say " Within the Dark there is light, But don't go Gently in the Calm good night. The cold and Old men know the Dark is Right, while the Young and Bright seek the mythical light. Mankind could go nowhere Towards the dark or light as he was a mortal with rights. But it won't stop him from finding Serenity in the Dark"
So i made the Sole purpose of my life to find a place that is a 'Serenity' to me Even I Have to go through hell and Back for it.
