5 Clear, cold and enticing water

The book is about an inch thick that Prinah couldn't read in a short period so she closed the book and embrace it.

"Thank God I found you, but I'm not yet finished reading your book," Prinah then closed her eyes and take a deep breath, "I have to dig more," after opening her eyes and she rose from the seat.

While carrying the book with her right hand, she slowly climbed the stairs because her knees is shaking. She feel's hungry and thirsty because she never notice the time is already ten in the morning. She was not aware that she's spending three hours on the underground. When she was up in the room, she closed the covering and the mat. To her surprise, the bird was already at the window fluttering its wings looking at her while bobbing the head.

"Oh no my friend Cally! How are you?" Prinah gladly welcomed the bird as she restrained her trembling knees.

"You know I just found my father's book under this room," she smiles while pointing the floor as she shows the book to the bird, "I will let you know if I could find out some data." Prinah raised an eyebrow as she lifts her chin but the bird fly quickly leaving Prinah in her excitement scenario.

"Not yet Cally," Prinah stretched her hand to restrain the bird, but it flies straightly toward the tall trees. Prinah then quickly walked toward the window and looked at the bird as it flies and found out its mate landed on the branch of the tree.

"Good for you Cally, you don't need to find them because they're the one who looked for you," Prinah smiled, looking out from the window," I see, you've been here for a long time waiting for me..."

While Prinah looked up the bird perching on the trees a little distance from the window, she heard the hissing of a stream tracing on it. Feeling sticky with her body due to her sweats she decided to take a bath in the stream. Bringing her soap and towel she walked quickly under the coolness of the trees. Passing through the woods, she cannot stop looking up the birds flying to and fro sweetly chirping to each other. She saw colorful butterflies and bees pollinating the plants and flowers. As she continues walking, the fragrance of the wild flowers enticing her smell. The gentle breeze of the forest smoothly touched her skin waving her hair as she raised her both arms side wards, chin up and closed her eyes. It brings peace to her mind and healing to her heart as she was absorbing the energy of the forest. As she felt those liveliness moments, she did not realize she had arrived the smoothed rocky stream. While watching the clear, cold and enticing flowing water her heart is filled with gratefulness.

"Thank you God for bringing me in this such wonderful place, I feel like I am the first human who experienced this," Prinah whisper happily as she gradually dipped her foot in the water.

She put the soap in a flatted surface rock, slowly immersed herself in the water and laughing as she sprinkled the water upward. As if like a child playing in the water as what Prinah did in that beautiful noon. The surrounding is filled with her own laughter as she goes kicking and fluttering her feet in the water, creating a noisy sound causing the birds and monkey stares at her. For Prinah, that was her joyous moment that she experienced ever in her life. Her mission in finding her father leads her to go beyond her boundaries as if bringing her to the other dimension of her life. Although, she feels confused and wondering, the beauty of the nature and the atmosphere of the old house teaches her to live in a simple and joyful life. Because of her intense swimming and playing, the water turns to brown so she had to wait until it becomes clear as it flows. While waiting, she grabs the soap and apply it to her body. As she was applying the soap to her body, she notices lots of fresh water snails clinging to the rock and beneath the water. As the wind blows into her wet body, she feels cold. When the water was clear Prinah then rinse herself and pick enough shells. She put the shells in a large leaf of a banana, roll it and secure every edge to prevent it from falling. Prinah then cover herself with the towel to protect from cold as the wind blows. She walks fast at this time to get in the house quickly. When she came home, she changed her clothes immediately and hang her wet dress. She then kindle a fire, washed the shells from the water well and boil it in the pot. While boiling the shells in the pot she roams around the garden of her father, she saw chili peppers, she harvested it and grind it using a mortar and pestle that her father placed in the kitchen. Then she adds some little amount of vinegar in the grinned chili pepper. After the shells were cooked and softened, she then placed it in a strainer so the water will drain and she could freely pick the shells. Prinah was so amazed with her father's kitchen materials for he has been preparing everything not knowing his daughter could benefit it.

When everything was ready, Prinah then put the grinned chili pepper and vinegar in a mixing bowl and add some salt. She carried the cooked shells together with the hot sauce under the cold shade of a big tree and sat on its roots. Using the coconut stick she enjoys picking out the shellfish as her lunch. While enjoying her meal under the big tree the big branches of the trees waving as the wind drives it. After eating her delicious meal, Prinah then leaned her back at the trunk closed her eyes and feel the freshness of the air.
