Healing Scars

After the horrifying incidents, Sia's mental health had been declining rapidly. It had reached a point where Daniel was becoming increasingly concerned. He could see that she was struggling, and it was heartbreaking for him to watch. He knew that he needed to do something to help his wife, but he wasn't sure where to start.

He approached Sia gently, and asked her if she would be willing to see a psychiatrist. Sia was hesitant at first, but she eventually agreed.

Daniel took her to see a psychiatrist. The therapy sessions started, but Sia was not willing to tell anything. She thought that it would make others think that she was mad. Gradually, she started to open up to the psychiatrist. She talked about her fears, her anxieties, and her nightmares. She felt like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders when she finally started to open up about everything she had been feeling. The psychiatrist prescribed her medication to help with her symptoms.

Daniel was a constant support to Sia throughout her therapy. Daniel was there every step of the way to make sure that she took her medication on time. Even when Daniel was out, he would call Sia to remind her to take her medicine. He would send her texts and check in on her throughout the day. Sia was grateful for his constant support, and it helped her to feel less alone.

Despite her struggles, Sia was still trying to find some normalcy in her life. One day, when Sia was walking in a park, she met Iomah, who was a gynecologist and also happened to be her schoolmate. They struck up a conversation. After greeting each other, they sat on a bench and started chatting.

"So, what are you doing right now?", Iomah asked.

"Nothing at the moment.", she replied.

"I have seen that you are married.", Iomah continued.

"Yeah."

"Congratulations."

"Thanks."

"How's life going?"

"Not quite well."

Sia found herself opening up to her about her struggles. Iomah listened intently and offered her support and encouragement. It was a relief for Sia to have someone to talk to who was not part of her family or friend circle.

Sia also reached out to Lisa and Nat and told them about her struggles. They were there for her whenever she needed to talk, and they helped to lift her spirits. Sia found that talking about her problems with people who loved and cared about her made a big difference. Their words echoed in her mind.

" Sia, we're best friends. You can always count on us for any kind of support. It must be so hard for you!"

Slowly but surely, Sia started to become more like her old self again. She still had her bad days, but overall, she was beginning to feel like herself again. The nightmares became less frequent, and she started to enjoy life again. Daniel was overjoyed to see his wife happy and healthy once more, and he knew that he would do anything to help her through her struggles.
