1 About Alice

While many were asleep Alice Iona was wide awake. Alice was a very strong willed girl, and had only ever thought about her long lost mother. Although she had faced many hard times. Alice was extremely strong mentally and physically, even though she didn't look strong. Along with strength, Alice was really pretty, with long black hair that hovered above her knees and bright green eyes. Alice was extremely unfeminine and didn't seem to care about being girly at all, but most of all, she never relied on anyone, including her extremely rich father.

She was currently sitting in her small apartment floor studying hard, for it was her and her long lost mothers dream to be a top notch doctor. Alice was smart and she knew that without achieving a high position, she would lose at this game of life. As Alice was looking over her work for the last time, she got a call. Surprised, Alice looked to see who it was, and to her surprise, it was her father. Alice looked at the phone in her hand, wondering why he was calling, for it had been six months from when she had last heard from him. She suspected something up, but didn't know what her father wanted. He couldn't have cared less for her and was extremely happy living with his second wife and step daughter who he had planned to give the huge Iona fortune to. He cared for her step sister more than he could ever care for Alice. In fact he disliked Alice from the moment his second marriage took place. He had left Alice and her mother to die, and when her mother fell extremely sick, he was forced to take Alice in and pay for her mother's bills. He had treated Alice like a servant and would use her mother to threaten her. Now that Alice's mother was dead, she had nothing to lose. So she had run away from the Iona family because she was tired of being their servant.They were very happy to find out she was gone, and hadn't even tried to contact her until now. Alice was always extremely curious, and decided to pick up the phone to see what the old fart of a father wanted.The moment Alice picked up the phone, she thought that he had wanted something from her. Jin, her dad, had said this: "Please honey come back to the Iona household"

Jin in fact did want something from her, and knew well enough that she was the only one that could do it. After all, what did it matter if her reputation was ruined? But little did he know that she was not the little Alice that he had knew so long ago, for that Alice would have believed him saying that. Alice wanted to believe him, but couldn't bring herself to do it. "What do you want?" Alice asked him. Not expecting this response, Jin quickly said, "Oh what could I possible want besides you coming back to us, for your mother and sister are waiting for you."

How dare he say such a thing. Alice never took that witch of a woman and her little snobby minion as being anything more than a nuisance, and she replied with "That stupid woman is not my mother in fact even talking about her in the same line as the word mother is despicable." Jin was extremely shocked at hearing this and thought that this little Alice was a real bitch for talking about his wife like that, but out of the blue Alice cut the call and wondered how he had gotten her number. Then realized oh of course he was rich and had someone find it for him. She didn't think much of the call and went to sleep knowing that she would have to wake up early to go to school. About three hours later, she heard loud bangs at the door. She quickly put on her slippers and looked out her small window where she saw her father with two bodyguards, and slowly walked to open the door....
