3 Lord Alden

After months of testing each other's strength, a full-blown galactic war finally erupted between the humans and the Entomons. In this intense conflict, millions of soldiers were deployed daily to fight against the Entomons on the frontlines. Both sides suffered heavy casualties, as the war's intensity took its toll on the combatants.

As the war progressed, humanity faced mounting pressure. The conflict was dragging on, depleting their resources and threatening their well-being. If the situation continued, it would have detrimental consequences for the human race. The deteriorating conditions in every occupied area of the galaxy were a stark reminder of the war's impact.

During the early weeks of the war, sensitive information had leaked, causing chaos and disarray in society. Officials took drastic measures to suppress the news and restore stability, but the situation remained precarious, and no one knew how long they could maintain control over the information and public sentiment.

Rumors circulated throughout the galaxy that some individuals had come into contact with peculiar, tiny insects. After these encounters, the affected individuals displayed drastic changes in their behavior. The government, concerned about these mysterious occurrences, began investigating the matter and discovered several clues related to these bizarre cases. They hypothesized that these people might be under the control of secretive cults, as various signs pointed in that direction. Reports indicated that these individuals were spying on the government and operating covertly, ready to pounce at any opportunity.

To further investigate these incidents, authorities ordered medical professionals to examine the bodies of those who had been killed or apprehended. During these autopsies, they discovered unsettling findings. Unusual markings in the form of black pigments, resembling patterns, were found on the necks of the affected individuals. As they delved deeper into the mystery, they made an even more alarming discovery: strange-looking insects residing within the brains of these people. These insects were not telepathic in the conventional sense, capable of controlling others' minds. Instead, they emitted peculiar signals that the researchers were working diligently to decode and understand.

The hosts of these insects remain unaffected in any way, except for their insatiable craving for blood. Their bodily conditions and brain activities are normal, as they retain their own thoughts, emotions, and control over their bodies. The only difference lies in their beliefs and thoughts. They regard the Entomons as divine beings sent to punish humanity.

Medical professionals label these individuals "Notatas," which means "those who have been marked" in Latin. The Notatas form various cults and religions, worshipping the Entomons as gods.

"The end is coming!" they proclaim.

"Worship the mighty Entomons and salvation awaits you!"

The Notatas, believing in the Entomons as their deities, spread throughout human society. They roam the streets performing bizarre rituals, disseminating falsehoods, misinformation, and instilling fear among the populace.

Wherever the Notatas go, chaos follows, much like a plague.

As the ranks of the Notatas swelled, so did the instances of criminal activities. The Notatas honed in on the emotionally vulnerable and those with fragile mental states, successfully recruiting them to their cause. This led to an alarming increase in criminal activities, which caught the attention of people across various communities, including those residing in small towns and villages. These once-peaceful places began to grapple with a disturbing trend of residents mysteriously vanishing without a trace.

The atmosphere in and around cities grew increasingly peculiar and unsettling. Criminals, now emboldened by the Notatas' influence, began infiltrating major urban centers, causing city officials to be on high alert. In contrast, the rural areas grew ever more desolate and dismal. Residents of these sparsely populated regions now shunned nighttime travel, fearing for their safety. Consequently, they started migrating en masse to more secure areas, seeking refuge in the larger cities nearest to them.

In the wake of this chaos, criminals and gangs found fertile ground for their activities to thrive. Organized crime infiltrated every facet of society, with human trafficking and kidnapping becoming increasingly prevalent. These nefarious individuals operated in the shadows, preying upon the weak and innocent who were now more vulnerable than ever.

Humans, with their inherent greed, proved to be an easy target for these criminals. The demand for human blood was growing, and it fetched a high price in the illicit black markets. This grim reality further compounded the suffering of those already struggling in these perilous times.

A staggering number of reports filled the databases of the Union police stations, the majority concerning missing persons and human trafficking cases. Some of these reports were particularly bizarre, such as instances of human sacrifices. Amidst this ongoing war against crime, police officers found themselves stretched thin, struggling to maintain public order and apprehend the criminals. The weight of their responsibilities was evident in their exhausted, sleep-deprived faces.

Meanwhile, grieving families, desperate for answers about their missing loved ones, gathered outside city councils to protest. Their demands were clear and unwavering: they sought information on the whereabouts of their lost family members and answers regarding the rumored involvement of the enigmatic Entomon's in these unsettling events.

High-ranking officials were deeply distressed by the rapidly escalating situation, their frustration mounting as they struggled to find a viable solution. The complexity of the problem had surpassed their capabilities, leaving them feeling powerless and overwhelmed.

The police, despite their diligent efforts and some promising leads, found themselves hindered by the criminals' advanced tactics. These sophisticated technologies, employed to erase their tracks, led the officials to suspect the involvement of powerful individuals and organizations. The use of highly advanced equipment, typically reserved for military purposes, only added to the growing belief that these criminals held significant influence.

Despite their best efforts, the officials were plagued by a lack of resources – both human and material – due to the ongoing war. This scarcity further complicated their ability to tackle the intricate web of crime and corruption that threatened the very fabric of society.

"We cannot just sit here and do nothing," one official voiced his concern, "the situation will only worsen if we don't get help and fast. This is not within our capabilities anymore..."

Another official, urging for action, directed his attention towards Jonathan Smith, the head of the police organization. "Jonathan! You should make a decision... We can't delay anymore."

With a heavy heart, Jonathan banged his fist on the table, his frustration palpable as veins bulged from his forehead. "Inform the higher-ups," he shouted, his voice shaking with anger and exhaustion.

Despite the ongoing war, Jonathan felt he had no other choice but to seek help from above. He sighed, slumping back in his chair, the weight of the situation bearing down on him. The room was filled with fatigued individuals who, like him, had been working tirelessly without rest for days on end.

Stepping outside onto the balcony, the glass door slid open, allowing a refreshing gust of wind to enter and dispel the heavy atmosphere within. Jonathan gazed upon the beautiful cityscape, where stunning buildings harmoniously blended with nature. Children played innocently outside, their laughter and joyful antics with their cute Ai pets providing a stark contrast to the troubles plaguing the world around them.

For a moment, Jonathan couldn't help but feel a pang of envy for those carefree kids, oblivious to the complexities and darkness that surrounded them. It was a poignant reminder of the responsibility he and his colleagues carried, and the urgent need to find a solution to protect the innocent and restore peace.

"Sir!" one officer tried to console Jonathan, sensing his guilt and self-doubt.

Jonathan shook his head, feeling even more ashamed. "That's why I'm even more ashamed," he admitted. "They put me in this position with high regards, and I let them down." His thoughts drifted to Nolan, the one who entrusted him with this significant responsibility and honor. It was a heavy burden, but now, as the situation spiraled out of control, Jonathan felt he had failed in his duty.

The Notata and the criminals continued to wreak havoc across the worlds, leaving them in a state of chaos and danger. The once-safe environments were now fraught with uncertainty, and the people were left vulnerable to the whims of these powerful adversaries.

Jonathan knew that he had to find a way to regain control and protect the innocent. The weight of his responsibility weighed heavily on his shoulders, but he was determined to rise above his current predicament and find a solution to restore peace and safety to the world.

The year 2623

Alaska, March 24, 8:00 AM...

In the heart of the mountains, a secluded mansion stood as a beacon of beauty and elegance. Inside this magnificent abode, Lord Adril, the founder and leader of the Union, was receiving news from his assistant.

"Lord Adril!!" the assistant exclaimed, "The message has been sent out to all of the high council members!"

"Thank you, Nolan!" Lord Adril responded, his gaze fixed on the breathtaking view from his balcony garden. As the beloved leader known for his kindness and the unification of people, he had brought peace and progress to the land. His achievements in space travel had propelled humanity forward, earning him the title of "The Visionary."

Yet, in that very moment, his posture was weighed down by the gravity of a new discovery: the existence of intelligent alien life. This revelation cast a heavy shadow over the usually serene atmosphere of the mansion, as Lord Adril contemplated the implications of this newfound knowledge and the challenges it would bring to the Union and the world.

"Let's go!" Lord Adril floats towards the vehicles, as advanced technology enables him to effortlessly move through the air.

The recent reports of Entomons had caused widespread concern among the Union members, as the sheer number of these creatures was far greater than they had anticipated. These new findings suggested that the Entomons were not only more intelligent but also possessed psychic abilities, which could explain the Notata's sudden change in behavior.

As the war continued, the humans found themselves in a precarious position, being pushed back into the Island 1 Cluster. The enemy's organized attacks were causing significant damage to the human side, and the Entomons had captured numerous humans, treating them both as prisoners and a source of sustenance.

"I can only hope for miracles," Nolan sighed as he followed Lord Adril, fully aware of the grim situation they faced. The Union's leaders knew they needed a breakthrough or a stroke of luck to turn the tide in their favor and protect their people from the relentless threat posed by the Entomons and the Notata.

Lord Adril and Nolan boarded their military-grade armored flying vehicles, equipped with the latest technology. As they climbed into the cockpits, they could feel the advanced systems humming to life.

As the vehicles began their ascent, a fascinating phenomenon occurred. Light particles, seemingly out of nowhere, started to condense below the vehicles, forming a stable support system that allowed the cars to rise effortlessly above the ground. The vehicles ascended gracefully, soaring high above the mountains and disappearing into the clouds, leaving behind a trail of wonder and awe.

Washington, Odessa.

Central Tower...

Nestled in the heart of the city stood the Central Tower, an architectural marvel that transcended human imagination. This colossal structure reached out to the heavens, seemingly merging with the clouds as it connected to the vast expanse of outer space. Its grandeur was a testament to the ingenuity and determination of the human race.

As one ascended through the towering building, the sensation of being in a celestial realm became increasingly palpable. Climbing 4 miles into the structure, one could feel as if they were soaring through the heavens themselves. The ascent was nothing short of an otherworldly experience.

The Central Tower was a sight to behold, resembling a fantasy concocted by the most imaginative of minds. Standing 300 miles tall, it boasted six magnificent ovular rings that served as its foundation. These rings formed a circle, with a central plate perched above them. The structure's design was a harmonious blend of elegance and function, as it was meticulously crafted to allow the wind to flow unimpeded, withstanding any pressure it may encounter.

Each of the rings extended gracefully, forming beautiful curves that supported smaller plates. These plates, in turn, housed five more ovular rings, creating a mesmerizing spiral pattern that grew smaller as the structure ascended. The intricate design was a true testament to human ingenuity and the pursuit of architectural perfection.

Gravity elevators coursed through the heart of the Central Tower, connecting all the plates and the cities beyond. These elevators reached as far as the outer space cities, a staggering 22,400 miles away from Earth. The elevators were an integral part of the structure, providing seamless transportation for both cargo and passengers.

The Central Tower's plates featured gigantic transparent domes at the rear, offering breathtaking views of the world below. These domes housed miniature ecosystems, with hills, lakes, and rivers nestled within, creating a self-sustaining oasis. The transparent tubes connecting the domes were designed to accommodate small cities and towns, further enhancing the tower's self-sufficiency.

From the domes, the view was nothing short of spectacular. The panorama of white clouds, verdant forests, and azure oceans, dotted with tiny cities, made one feel like a divine observer, gazing upon the world from a celestial vantage point. The vibrant cities below bustled with activity, as gravity elevators transported people and goods, illuminating the tower's vital role in connecting the world.

The gravity elevators of the Central Tower were a marvel in themselves, comprising three distinct sections. The central gigantic tube catered to freight transportation, while the medium and smaller tubes surrounding it were available for various purposes, including cargo, tourism, and personal travel. All services required contracting with the Union, ensuring efficient and secure usage of this remarkable technology.

The gravity elevator's tube was constructed from Nanian, a material found exclusively on planet Nanian in the PE5 Cluster. This extraordinary substance was five times stronger than pure graphene, making it the ideal choice for the tower's most critical component. The Central Tower stood as a symbol of human achievement, a testament to the boundless potential of innovation and the relentless pursuit of progress.

The PE5 Cluster held a significant position in the cosmic map of humanity, as it was home to some of the rarest and most vital materials known to mankind. These precious resources were indispensable in the development of advanced technologies and weapons that shaped the course of human history.

In their quest to preserve the delicate balance of the universe, the Union exercised great care in managing the PE5 Cluster. They ensured that the planet's natural environment remained unscathed, extracting only minimal resources necessary for their progress. This responsible approach allowed humanity to harness the cluster's treasures without compromising the well-being of the celestial sanctuary.

The glass structures within the Central Tower were a marvel of engineering, designed with a honeycomb pattern that imbued them with extraordinary strength and durability. This innovative design not only enhanced the structural integrity of the tower but also paid homage to the harmonious balance between form and function.

The elevator tube's magnetic technology was a testament to human ingenuity, as it incorporated a series of rings attached to the structure. These rings were strategically divided into segments based on their sizes, working in tandem with the elevator pots. Each pot featured magnetic plates affixed to its top and bottom surfaces, enabling them to synchronize seamlessly with the magnetic rings. This ingenious system allowed the elevators to travel at astonishing speeds, further elevating the Central Tower's status as a marvel of modern architecture and technology.

Within the gravity elevators of the Central Tower, passengers experienced a remarkable feature that ensured their comfort and safety. The elevators were pressurized to maintain a 1 G force, equivalent to Earth's gravitational pull. This innovative design shielded passengers from external influences, creating a stable and familiar environment as they traversed the tower and beyond.

This groundbreaking technology revolutionized transportation, making it easier for people to travel to diverse locations. A journey from the Central Tower to the moon, for instance, took approximately 3 hours and involved transfers at designated stations. This incredible feat showcased humanity's ability to overcome challenges and push the boundaries of what was once thought impossible.

The construction of the Central Tower was a testament to the indomitable spirit of engineers and architects, who rose to the challenge of designing and building this colossal structure. The tower not only served as a command center for humanity but also provided a sanctuary for brilliant minds and officials to collaborate and shape the course of human progress.

Through their boundless imaginations and relentless pursuit of innovation, humans have the potential to achieve extraordinary feats. The Central Tower stood as a symbol of this limitless capacity, embodying the spirit of exploration and the unwavering belief in the possibility of a better future for all.

------------------------------------------------

The Council Chamber, a pivotal location within the Central Tower, was situated on the 4th level, known as Tria. This esteemed chamber served as the epicenter of decision-making and strategic planning for humanity's future.

Upon arriving at the Council Chamber, Lord Adril and his subordinates were greeted with reverence and respect. The head of the security staff warmly welcomed Lord Adril, informing him that all High Council Members had assembled and were eagerly awaiting his arrival.

As Lord Adril entered the grand hall, every individual present, including the esteemed High Council Members, rose to their feet and offered a courteous bow in his honor. With a nod of acknowledgment, Lord Adril gracefully made his way to his designated seat and took his place among the leaders shaping the course of humanity's destiny.

This moment underscored the significance of the Central Tower as a hub for wisdom, strategy, and the collective pursuit of a brighter future for all humankind.

"Everyone, please sit down!" He looked around at everyone and continued.

"I presume that all of you have received the Intel sent from the C1 Cluster, or Cygnus 1 Cluster, Mothership Nebula 2SA 447. Each and every one of you understands how dire the situation is."

Now, let's hear some of your ideas," Adril said and officially starts the meeting.

"Field Marshal Brayden, Marshal of the Air Force; Colton, and Admiral of the Fleet, Jayden!" Lord Emilia calls out.

"Yes, Lord Emilia!!", the three of them answered in unison.

The three of you are leaders of the whole military. Tell us, what are your thoughts on the enemy, and do you have any suggestions?" She asked, looking at the three big men sitting in the front row of the military section. These three men were the highest in command of the military.

"May I direct everyone's attention towards me?" Brayden said as he stood up and walked to the center of the hall, a 3D image of Entomon in a hologram pop up and shown it to everyone.

"This is a Class 1 Entomon. They have thick and strong layers of shells, which are 4-5 times tougher than steel. However, with our advanced weapons and equipment, any of our standard soldiers should be able to kill these Entomons easily, given that he or she has the right equipment."

With a gesture, Brayden smoothly slides the virtual screen, showcasing different types of Entomons while giving a detailed explanation.

After a few minutes into the briefing, a large and fierce-looking Entomon appears on the display. Brayden enlarges the image of the fierce-looking Entomon and begins explaining its characteristics.

"These are Class 2 Entomons," Brayden says, a hint of concern in his voice. "Sadly, starting from Class 2 and above, Entomons become very difficult to kill. They possess thicker shells and skins, making it hard to penetrate with our conventional weapons. It takes more than 400 bullets from a 500D3-Megagun to stop a Class 2 Entomon, and a 100C3-Gigagun to take down a Class 3. Class 4 Entomons require 250B3-Gigaguns, and for Class 5, we need 1B4-Teraguns. Unfortunately, our highest class of weapons are Teraguns, so we can only imagine how strong the higher-class Entomons would be."

He pauses, adding, "The good news is that we haven't encountered higher-class Entomons yet, nor have we faced the Leviathan, so we don't know the exact details of their combat capabilities."

With a gesture, Brayden presents the group with new visuals, showcasing the advanced weapons that their scientists have been working on. "These are the new types of weapons our scientists have developed," he explains. "They have passed the trial and only need authorization to manufacture them on a mass scale. With this new weaponry, we can potentially defeat almost any enemy. The only issue is the significant amount of energy and resources required to produce these weapons."

He continues, "While we have a limited supply of energy and ammunition, the enemy numbers, unfortunately, seem to be limitless." Brayden casts his eyes towards everyone in the room, seeking their thoughts and input on the situation.

After carefully evaluating the enemy's number and strength, Brayden shares his opinion. "In my view, I don't believe we can survive a direct confrontation for long. The enemy numbers are simply too overwhelming, and our chances of winning are essentially zero. We can only delay the inevitable for a few decades by pushing them back and hoping for a miracle solution to arise."

Feeling somewhat defeated, Brayden shakes his head and returns to his seat, acknowledging the gravity of the situation and the limited options available to them.

Jayden and Colton, in agreement with Field Marshal Brayden's assessment, also express their thoughts on the matter. "What Field Marshal Brayden said is true," they both acknowledge. Their opinions align with Brayden's, recognizing the bleak reality of their situation and the overwhelming odds against them in a direct confrontation.
