A 'free day' was the day when no party would be held. The models would have more free time than when they were meant to prepare for the party. Excluding any such event, Histoire's schedule ran around spending the mandatory hour with Sosha and photo sessions that took about two hours in total. An interview where she discussed the current living arrangement and her opinions towards it with Chris took another hour. A thirty minute resting period would ensue after spending an hour with a personal trainer on her training regiment.
