A genius high-schooler comes to a realization about about organism and there bodies. He gradually learns to controll every aspect of his body down to the cellular and atomic level, allowing him to create amazing things. He is generally normal and joyous individual; however, if vexed he will eliminate all in his path. With his power none can stand against him, but only the world government knows about his power. only they know about his power because his favorite thing to do is toy with them. Almost like hes hanging a nuke right above there head.
