3 Meeting

-A-City's Hero Association Main HQ-

Inside one of the most secure rooms in the most secure building in the whole world. The room was dimly lit with the only source of light coming from the rectangular table that has screens on its surface.

Around the table, 13 S-class Heroes can be seen sitting on their respected chairs according to their rankings. Three of them are not present and these three are none other than the Rank 1 S-class Hero and was never been seen attending any meeting, Blast.

The small but terrible, beautiful esper and the Rank 2 S-class Hero, Tornado of Terror. And the unpredictable and cunning, weapon lover, the Rank 6 S-class Hero, Metal Knight.

The present Heroes at the moment are the other S-class Heroes that were summoned by the association to attend this meeting. Starting from the highest ranking to the lowest one.

Silver Fang. Rank 3 S-class Hero. Known as one of the most strongest Heroes in the association and was famous for his mastery of Martial Arts. He is an old man with a white spiky hair and mustache, he posses a pair of clear blue eyes and wears a long-sleeved black martial arts jumpsuit, light-colored pants, and Tai Chi slippers.

Atomic Samurai. Rank 4 S-class Hero. Considered as the Earth's Strongest Swordsman and is known for his skills in swordsmanship. He is regarded as one of the most powerful Heroes in the Hero Association. Atomic Samurai has long black hair that is tied in a topknot. He has dark eyes and a prominent jawline. He sports a small goatee and is usually seen chewing on a blade of grass. His attire consists of a hooded red cloak with an atom symbol on the back that's draped over his open black hair. Beneath the haori is a traditional, loose-fitting white robe tied with a white sash and two haori himos. He also sports a pair of swords on his left hip.

Child Emperor. Rank 5 S-class Hero. The youngest Hero in the association. Unlike the other heroes who are known for there powerful strength, Child Emperor relies more on his brain power as, like Metal Knight, he uses machinery in his fights. Child Emperor is a young boy with short brown hair and large amber eyes. He wears a light blue buttoned-up collared shirt with dark blue shorts. He wears orange sneakers along with a black school bag on his back. He is often seen snacking on a lollipop.

Zombieman. Rank 7 S-class Hero. Creation from the House of Evolution and is dubbed as the 'Man that even in death cannot die' because of his high regeneration ability that can regenerate any part of his body. Although strength is not his forte, he is a proficient detective and battle combatant. Zombieman has short, scruffy black hair, red eyes, and pale skin. He wears a worn out, open gray trench coat over his black singlet, with tan stitched pants and a thick brown belt. He has belts wrapped around his body under his coat and wears tanker boots. He sometimes smokes a cigarette. Zombieman has a Y shaped scar on his chest that he can't heal.

Drive Knight. Rank 8 S-class Hero. Considered to be one of the strongest Hero in the association and is said to have never been defeated before. He works solo most of the time and would even disobey an order from the association sometimes. But he takes his job as a Hero seriously and is known for his Tactical Transformation which is considered to be a highly versatile ability. Drive Knight has long black hair and wears a white mask. His mask has a single horizontal slit for the eyes, and a single red shining eye in the center of the slit. The mask has three small vertical slits where his mouth should be. His armor is rather simplistic, being similar to a medieval black knights' armor.

Pig God. Rank 9 S-class Hero. Known as a strong Hero that defeats his enemies like a piece of cake as he literally eats them. Pig God is a large, obese man with several layers of fat. He has short brown hair, big lips and wears a long-sleeved green shirt.

Superalloy Darkshine. Rank 10 S-class Hero. Known as the strongest Hero aside from Blast in terms of physical strength. He had a rather unbreakable defense because of the density of his muscles inside his body. Superalloy Darkshine is a tall, bald, black man with full lips, dark eyes, and thick eyebrows. He is extremely muscular with well-defined pectoral and abdominal muscles, and a thick neck. His only attire is a single piece of black underwear.

Watchdog Man. Rank 11 S-class Hero. The same as his name, Watchdog Man is like a dog in his movements or even his attitude. He is very powerful though and was left in charge of Q-city which is one of the most danger-prone areas. Kill upon sight is what seems to be his motto as he kills monsters every time he sees them. Watchdog Man is a young-looking man with a blank and uninterested look on his face and dresses in a full-body dog suit with a red collar, with his face showing where the dog's mouth should be.

Flashy Flash. Rank 12 S-class Hero. The fastest Hero if Blast is not counted. He is known for leaving a trail of shining glitters when he is moving very fast thus his name. Flashy Flash is a young man with feminine features, sharp blue eyes and long, ice-blonde hair with his bangs brushed to the right side of his face.[2] He wears a dark blue bodysuit with metallic bracers over his arms and upper chest armor with a long white cape over it. He adorns himself with two eight-pointed stars on either side of his head and on his cape. He has a chain strapped around his waist that holds his sheath and sword in place.

Metal Bat. Rank 13 S-class Hero. Known as a 'Berserker' who gets stronger the more damage he takes. Metal Bat is actually stronger even though he had a somewhat lower rank. Metal Bat is a young man with black hair styled in a pompadour, and dark eyes that emphasize his hot temper. He wears black bontan pants and a black gakuran, which he drapes over his red long-sleeved turtleneck sweater.

Tanktop Master. Rank 14 S-class Hero. A physically strong man. Tanktop Master is a very tall, muscular man with short, dark blonde hair and brown eyes. Much like other Tank Topper Army members, he wears a blue tank top, long pants and a belt around his waist with a tank top and his initials engraved in the center.

Puri-Puri Prisoner. Rank 15 S-class Hero. An openly Homosexual Hero who is the big boss of the prisoners held within Smelly Lid Prison. Puri-Puri Prisoner is a large muscular man with a stubbly, cleft chin, large lips, and black bushy hair. He has a well-defined jawline and light blue eyes with long eyelashes. He wears a traditional prison jumpsuit with white and blue stripes. He used to wear a white sleeveless vest with a large pink heart in the center over his prison clothes, but he ripped it during one of his transformations.

Standing in front of these Heroes was a middle-aged man with a bulbous nose and gray hair parted to the right wearing a brown business suit with a white shirt and red tie. His name was Sitch and is the Minister Officer of Justice in the association.

He was also the reason why the S-class Heroes are gathered at this moment, even to the point of leaving their jobs at the moment for this meeting only.

As the result of what their meeting may affect the future of humanity.
