For all this she had to work hard on first getting her husband in the forefront as the best candidate for the position of the Head. 

"Yes, there is a lot of bitterness regarding Niiya's absence, and I feel this is the right time to suggest changes," Dmitri said. "Trust me, the changes are going to be good for everyone."
