3 Part Three

I woke up the next morning at nearly 6 in the morning and relized it was saturday? I tried to go back to sleep,but I couldn't so I got up and put on some shoes and a jacket and went onto the roof. I sat down on the roof just looking at the stars. It was peaceful until I was interrupted by a pebble hitting me in the arm.

I looked over to see Devon on his roof throwing pebbles at me. "Really Devon? Really? That wasn't necessary" I said and he said "oh yeah then how was I supposed to get your attention" and I said "oh well I don't know how about hey Nikky or make it funny and say hello from the other siidde". We both began to laugh and he asked "can I come over?" and I said "knock yourself out".

He climbed through a tree that sat between our houses and went on my roof and sat down next to me. "What are you doing up anyways?" he asked. "Dude you already know the answer, i couldnt go back to sleep. So what are you doing up?". "I can never sleep you know that" he said.

I looked at Devon as he was looking up at the stars and said "you know what? Why don't you hang out with me,Isa, and Brendan today" and he said "hmm, I don't know. I'm pretty swamped today" and I said "Dude it's a Saturday. You do the same thing you always do, you ride your skateboard. Come on dude. We'll have fun plus I'm pretty sure Brendan is getting sick and tired of being the only boy. So pleasee". I gave him some puppy dog eyes and stared at him.

It only took a couple seconds until he broke and said "ugh fine". "Yayy" I said as I was laughing. Then he started laughing and then we both started laughing. "Man I miss doing this" I said and he said "yeah me too... I remember when we were younger our parents would make us sit and play together everywhere because they thought we would be cute together and they would reward us with ice cream if we did".

"You remember that?" I asked and he said "yeah I even remember the little dress you would wear with little football players kicking music notes" and I said "what omg that's so old. I still have that with my kids stuff in the attic. Oh remember when we used to dance together all the time" and he said "I felt like I had two left feet."

We laughed and stayed talking for nearly 4 hours. I looked at the time and saw that it was 10:30am. "Wow. We have to start getting ready. We are leaving at exactly 12 o' clock" I said and then he asked "why?" and I said "because we are going to spend the whole day hanging out" and he nodded and said "ahh well I better get going. See ya" and I waved.

We both got up and we both climbed down the tree to our bedroom windows. I texted Isa that Devon was coming and then went to take a shower. When I got out of the shower I went to my room and looked for some clothes to wear. Finally after about an hour I changed into a really good outfit and straightened my hair.

It was 11:30 and I was hungry so I grabbed a pop tart and drank some coffee mom made before she went to work. As soon as the time changed to 12 o'clock, Isa started honking the horn of her car. I grabbed my keys and bag and went outside to see Brendan and Isa in the car waiting.

Devon came outside pacing to the car and I asked "what's wrong?" and he said "we have to get in the car before my mom comes out. Now". Then he started pushing me into my car and got in and told me to start the car and I did as he said and drove off and started to follow Isa. "So where are we going first Nikky" he asked and I said "the mall" and he said "you've got to be kidding me" and I said "nope" and turned the radio up.

I was singing the whole ride there, but he joined in half way through the drive when Panic At The Disco came on. We were acting like idiots during that song,playing air guitar and drums, it was hilarious.

When the song was ending we got to the mall. We got out of the car and Brendan and Isa were waiting for us. All of us went inside and just walked around,window shopping.

We walked around the mall for about an hour until Isa saw one of the tv game things had Just Dance on it and she dragged us over to it. "Nikky let's do a song together" Isa said and I said "I don't want to" and she said "oh,but you are and you are gonna be singing with the microphone while dancing". She said that as she handed our bags to the boys and dragged me onto the monitor and put the headset on me.

"Fine" I said "what song are we gonna do?" and she said "Waka Waka by Shakira" and I said "girl you don't even know how to move your hips like she does because her hips don't lie and mine doesn't either" and she said "I don't care we are doing it".

She put the song on we started to dance before I had to sing. When it was time, I started to sing as I was dancing and trust me it was hard. I was getting more points than Isa because I could move my hips better, but she didn't care and just kept dancing.

Eventually the song ended and I won,but we both knew that was gonna happen. "Okay boys now it's your turn" we both said and they refused at first but we pulled them to the monitor and I put the headset on Brendan.

It was too late for them to turn back. Brendan picked the song Beat It by Michael Jackson and they did surprisingly very good, but Devon ended up winning.

When the song ended Brendan then dragged me onto the monitor and put the headset on me and said now you and Devon are gonna dance together. I looked at him and said "just like the old days" and he repeated "just like the old days".

He picked the song and it turned out to be our song we used to dance to when we were little. It was Just Dance from Lady Gaga. I started to sing the song and Devon was first to be dancing then it was my turn to dance as I was singing then we both started to dance together perfectly.

It was like we were dancing like professionals and we were so into the song we didn't notice that we were attracting a crowd and they were recording us.

In the end we danced perfectly and we tied. Everybody started to cheer for us and we started to laugh and bowed to the crowd then went to Brendan and Isa. "Can we go now" I said and they all said "let's go".

"Okay guys. Now it's your turn to choose where we go next" I said and they looked at eachother and said "Go Kart Racing" in unison and I said "okay. Let's go that's upstairs". We went on the escalator to go upstairs and the boys ran to the entrance of the go kart place. We ran after them and then went inside. We paid for the games and we went go kart racing.

After three hours of playing and having fun, Devon and I ended up being tied again and we high fived eachother and said at the same time "That's How You Do It!!". It was hilarious.
