5 Part Five

The movie began to start and I swear that throughout the whole movie Devon and I just forgot what happened and just laughed. We both thought the movie was stupid and hilarious. I mean how can it not be. The camera never follows the killer so that's how you know who the killer is and all the deaths were fake and kind of funny.

By the time the movie ended we had finished our popcorn and snacks. We grabbed our drinks and our stuff and we left the movie theater.

As we were waiting for Isa and Brendan for a little while when all of a sudden I heard my name "Nikky?" And I turned around to see my ex Caleb. "Wow it is you, man you look even more beautiful than before". "Oh hey Caleb. They finally let you out". "Well of course they let me out. I didn't anything wrong"he said.

"Are you serious. Didn't do anything wrong my ass. You abused and cheated on me for months and you were dealing drugs when we were dating".

I started to tear up a little and he replied "I have no clue what you are talking about. You liked it rough". He then began to laugh. I felt tears coming down from my eyes. I was hurt, in pain and I just wanted to just die.

I opened my soda and threw it at him and then ran. I ran to my car and drove off without Devon. I drove to my favorite spot,which was a cliff that was over the ocean and stood there.

I looked up at the stars and just started crying and said "I'm sorry". I stayed there crying for what felt like forever. I looked out at the water and just thought it was beautiful. I heard my name being called and as I turned around, I lost my balanced and was free falling into the water and then I felt a pair of arms wrapped around me as I hit water.

I couldn't see anything. My eyes were completely closed and all I saw was pitch black. I suddenly started hearing a voice slowly getting louder calling me "NIKKY! NIKKY!! NIKKY!!! WAKE UP!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!!".I felt someone pushing down on my chest repeatedly. I tried to open my eyes,but it was hard.

I suddenly felt water in my throat and started to cough it up and my eyes finally slowly opened. I opened them to see Devon soaked in water and us on a beach. He looked so scared and relieved and said "Are you crazy. What were thinking? What were you trying to do?" he asked and I looked at his face and tried to talk with all my might because i lost voice and said "i didn't mean to fall. I'm sorry" so quietly and he said "don't do that to me again. You lucky I saved you" and I said "thank you "and he hugged me for awhile.

"Let's get you home" he said and I said "okay". He helped me up and we went to my car. He put me in the passenger side and he went in the driver's side and we drove home.

It was late and my mom was asleep so Devon took me inside and we went to my bedroom. "Go and take a nice shower, get changed and I'll do the same and come back here ok?" he said. I nodded and watched him go through my window onto the tree and into his room window. I did what he said and took a long nice shower and got changed into some warm pajama bottoms and a tank top and left my wet hair down.

When I got out of the bathroom, Devon was climbing in through my window dressed in a pair of shorts and a black tank top. I didn't want him to see me like this,like a piece of garbage like Caleb said I was ,so I turned away from him.

I could hear him walking behind and he hugged me and then he said "I know what you are thinking,but don't even think about listening to what Caleb said. He doesn't know anything. You are beautiful inside and out. Now sit on the bed and I'll braid your hair". I nodded and said "ok" really quietly.

I went to the bed and sat down with my legs crossed as he slid behind me and started braiding my hair. "Devon" I said so quietly "could you stay with me tonight?" and he said "I wasn't planning on leaving". I felt relieved.

As he was braiding my hair I took my remote and turned on the tv. I started to watch some cartoons.

When he finished braiding my hair, he sat next to me and I rested my head on his chest. Couple of minutes later I was fast asleep on his chest. Devon pulled me closer to him and put the blankets over us and soon he drifted off to sleep with me asleep on his chest.
