{2 weeks later}

"Max if you don't give me my granola bar I swear I will cut your balls off." I threatened a now scared Max. I was in the living room watching a movie, while eating my granola bar when the idiot snatch it from my hands.

Max gulped before handing me my granola bar. I glared at him before snatching it from his hand.

"Your so mean." He said with a pout while crossing his arms.

"Never said I was nice." I replied with a smile and he shook his head at me, but a small smile made it's way on his lips.

"I'm going out." I announced getting off the couch. I walked to the door but stopped when I heard doorsteps behind me. I turn to find Max right on my trail.

"What are you doing?" I asked and he have me a pointed look.

"I'm going with you." He said it as if it was obvious. I rolled my eyes at him but let him follow me. Every since I return, Lucas and Max have been stuck to my side like glue sticks. Lucas was out with his friends and left Max with me.

They wouldn't let me go anywhere without one of them with me. And it was starting to bug me, but I just know that they are afraid of me being kidnapped again...

My mind instantly went towards him.

Ashton

Every since I ran away he have been constantly and constantly popping up in my head. His hair, lips, his dark eyes....just everything!

Its been two weeks and for some reason I had been feeling sad, thinking he didn't look for me. That he doesn't even want me anymore.

Sometimes I feel that I made an mistake for running away...

"You okay?" I snapped out my thoughts and turn to see Max staring at me with a concern expression. I smiled at him nodding my head.

"Let's go."

"I'm hungry!" I heard Max complaints as we walk to the food court. We have decided to go to the mall.

"Oh calm down! We're going to the food court, then you could eat all you want." I said before he grabbed my arm and I was dragged to the food court.

When we got there Max ran towards the line to get our food. I laugh at him before finding a table.

I sat down and my blue eyes looked around the court. There were many couples in here with me making me a little uncomfortable. My eyes then snapped towards the table across me hearing laughter.

A small smile made its way on my lips when I seen an old couple laughing together. The man had an arm around the women and I watch as he whisper something in her ear making her giggle.

I then looked away feeling an tug at my heart. Asht- No Hayley don't think of him! I yelled at myself.

"I'm back." I snapped out my thought by Max sitting down at the table. He place a burger and fries with an Dr Pepper in front of me.

I look over towards his food and seen he got a box of pizza with fries and Pepsi.

"Thanks." I said and he nodded giving me a smile. Half way when we were eating a loud group of people came in the food court.

There was about two girls and four boys. They sat at the table at the other side of the court. My eyes widened when I seen an familiar face.

Vanessa

Her grey eyes connected with mine and they widened. I watch as she mouthed my name and I nodded.

She then gave me an sad smile, tears filled her eyes and mine did the same. She then nodded next to her and my eyes followed the direction.

My heart started to ache and speed up. I quickly look away from-

"HAYLEY!" I turn to Max who screamed my name. He stared at me with concern. "I have been calling your name all day." He said and his voice was the only thing heard in the court, and I think he notice.

I look and seen everyone staring at us. My eyes wonder towards Vanessa table and connected with dark blue eyes....

My palms started to sweat as he stare at me. Even though I wanted to look way I couldn't. Like old times, he held me captured in his eyes.

I then my breathing come out as pants and I couldn't take it anymore. I looked away and got up from my chair.

And I did the one good thing I was good at.

I ran...

I ran out the court and far away from him. I ignored Max's calls for me and continue to run. I ran out the mall but stopped to catch a breath.

I calmed my breath and ran a hand through my hair. I had to get away from everything, and when I seen Ashton it just trigger every thing I had been feeling for him.

Then everything hit me like a ton of bricks.

I have feelings for Ashton

No! I can't, I shook my head and went to Max car deciding to just stay there for a minute.

I went to open the cr door when a large hand quickly shut the door, making me let out a squeal. I was then roughly push against the the door.

I look up and see him.....Ashton

He smirk down at me and that one smirk brought memories...

He stared at me intensity making me uncomfortable

"Miss me sweetheart?"
