Life Saving Surgery

Isaiah's feet exploded with strength as he jumped from rooftop to rooftop, BOOM, formations exploded beneath his feet, sending him launching as he moved in an arc another formation appeared beneath his feet to slow his descent as he was carrying Ruby whose condition was severe.

He was purposefully carrying her with his mana while he couldn't fully carry all of her weight just yet, he could help lower the impact of the jumps.

Isaiah leaped once more, this time the distance even larger. Once high up in the air formations activated as he slowly floated into his office's balcony.

He quickly descended down into his room. Once there, his mana covered his bed completely as he carefully heated it up, effectively sanitizing it.

He gently laid her body then proceeded to take off all her clothes, despite being covered in wounds and scars the beauty of her body was still evident. However Isaiah was no hormonal teenager, only he knew the sheer amount of surgeries he had performed.

His fingers danced across her body, he was using his mana to hold back the bleeding as she would slowly die otherwise. This simple yet effective act essentially more than doubled the total time he had before she passed away.

Now that the critical condition was taken care of Isaiah couldn't help but look at her body in appreciation. The bodies of women in this universe had really impressed him so far, most likely a result of mana's influence.

His mana in her wounds had already cleared all the bacteria or debris that could have accumulated, giving him a easy time, "I would kill to have just this ability in my previous life", while it's not like he didn't have equivalent and some even better methods, the ease of use was certainly something else.

Isaiah put his hand on her toned belly, it was soft unlike what he had expected from an mage, his mana penetrated her body in search for any internal bleeding which he soon found. It was right below her stomach.

He grabbed a special scalpel from his toolbox. He had bought this just in case and it was really expensive due to being able to cut into Rank 1's skins with ease.

He made the cut with ease, more due to his years of practice than the quality of the scalpel. He could see the blood within which he enveloped his mana and carried out, getting a better view of the wound.

His hands had already been sanitized as he gently moved his mana to cover the wound, stopping the imminent bleeding.

He grabbed the chair next to his desk and turned it to sit on it, "Damn, controlling this many instances of many is taking its toll on me" He relaxed back into his chair as he only focused on his control over his mana, after he got a lot more comfortable he continued.

He grabbed a surgical needle and suture as he started to close the wound inside her. His hands worked with practiced ease, they never stopped nor hesitated till there was a perfect stitch.

He then moved onto her other smaller wounds. He made sure that all the stitches were perfect and wouldn't leave a scar on such a beautiful woman, "It would be a shame."

After he was done now it was time for her broken bones, he had initially left it after he had closed her incisions up. His hand searched all over her body normally he could simply with his mana penetrate normally but now due to her condition if his man accidentally touched her mana flow she might just die.

He carefully located all the broken bones, of which there were many and created a simple formation for them. The formations took mana of dozens of small mana gems to function and were used to hold the bones together till they mended.

A problem occurred when he noticed an broken bone right in the path of her mana flow which complicated things. An Idea occurred to him which while he wasn't sure it would work was worth trying.

He created half of the formation, specially simplifying it further till it fell down to the level of the most basic formations. Then his Aura spread and applied gentle pressure to her mind.

Causing her eyelids to flutter before opening to reveal her ruby-like beautiful eyes. She took a look at her naked body but didn't panic as the first thing she saw was Isaiah then her gaze fell on all the stitches on her body causing her gaze to rise back up to meet Isaiah's, "Thank you" Tears fell down down her cheeks as she couldn't hold them back anymore.

She didn't know what she was feeling exactly but what she knew was she was feeling safe despite her vulnerable state, for the first time in her life.

Isaiah gently wiped her tears aways with a light chuckle, "Don't cry, you might die if your bleeding starts again." His words caused her lips to curl into a smile.

"Now concentrate on towards the right side of your ribcage", He ordered her, his tone no longer gentle as before. She immediately did as told and found the half completed formation, "You will now complete the other half with my guidance and I will transfer the entire formation to your mana slowly"

While she couldn't nod, he could see from her eyes that she had understood. He guided her on how to draw the other half of the formation. After she was done with the other half he slowly pulled his mana back as hers took over.

He showed not only immense control over his own mana but high knowledge in formations, this was not something any formation master could achieve.

Then Isaiah placed another small mana gem to power it on, since the base of the formation was now hers, the mana from the gem didn't bother the mana flow as much.

Isaiah nodded with a smile, caressed her hair and told her, "Good job, now go back to sleep." She nodded slowly before fading back into sleep.
