Provocation

Alex's POV:

I was quite gloomy with Luna's reluctant response. When I felt that I might have been getting a bit close to her, she put the cold armor around her again. Why? Why is she so reluctant towards my efforts? I have been always nice and protective of her, so what's with this crudity?

With all these thoughts running cryptically on my mind, I tried to calm myself down by gulping down chilled beer. I was standing on my balcony gazing at the outside scenario with a poignant stare. The sky was dark and all glum. There were some fireflies winging around me which provided a glimpse of a ray in my dusky life. 

Mr. Shin was about to visit me to hand over some documents. Perplexedly I was waiting for him while standing all alone. Tarzan was sleeping on his bed soundly as he seemed a bit tired today. I had given him some medications for a good sleep but still, my heart was worried about him.
