137 Ha-Eun's story: Am I missing out some hint?

Ha-Eun's story:

I don't know for how long I passed out, but as soon I regained my senses and glanced around, I found myself lying inside a hospital room on the bed. Jung Woo was sobbing bitterly being seated beside me and holding my left hand with his trembling arms. 

Dr. Yeong was standing behind my brother with a fixated anxious gaze towards me. His eyes looked very terrified to me and he was folding his arms. Another nurse was standing beside my bed who was constantly keeping a check on me.

My whole body was extremely numb and I could still sense a sharp pain twitching inside my chest near the heart. I was wearing an oxygen mask which provided me relief from breathlessness. But it felt as if my lower portion of the body was paralyzed. 

"Noona! Noona, are you aw..awake?" Jung Woo leaned over my head while mumbling in a teary voice like a child. He was grasping my hands tightly with a fear of losing me... My cold hands sensed warmth with his touch.
