3 Chapter: 3 Turn Of Time (Rewrite)

It's been ten years since I've arrived in the fate universe, and I've got something to say I miss music. You never realize it, but it gets pretty dull, and the only thing to do here is to train and more training. But the place is also a beautiful masterpiece.

Flora, my adoptive mother or, in my opinion, real mother has shown me the meaning of real unconditional love. Her husband Lewis is the general for Babylon's armies. Lewis is also my trainer, and to put, he's broken almost all my bones. Then there's Deborah, who teaches me magic and runes also heals by broken bones. But besides that, let's look at my status.

I almost forgot Lewis has been teaching me his family's [blacksmithing] technique and how to barter with merchants. You're probably wondering why he knows bartering and [blacksmithing] well Lewis didn't come from a noble family he came from a common blacksmith family and had to work in the shop selling items.

??: Tsk Listen to me mongrel, I was trying to tell you of how I created my gates.

Mathew: Ya, I'm listening. I was just thinking of something, Gil.

You heard me right, in front of me is my brother or the king of heroes, but to me is my arrogant little brother. You're also probably wondering why I haven't copied his gate yet, but let me tell you, would you copy someone's magic whos not even in his prime yet?

Gilgamesh and I met five years ago when the king tried to get Gilgamesh to train in his swordsmanship.

Lewis agreed to it because he thought me and Gil would become friends but the first time we spared it went like this.

Flashback~

you could see two boys in the middle of the training grounds one holding a one-handed sword while the other was holding a spear. Obviously, the one holding the sword was Gil, while Mathew was holding the spear.

Gil: let's see what a fellow demigod can, but you're probably just another dog under my boot.

Mathew: Wow, what an arrogant prick, well now I can pay you back for all those times you kicked me in the head.

As Mathew took his stance with his left leg back and right leg forward, his spear on his right side with right hand twisted like he's ready to strike, but a professional fighter like Lewis and the King who is watching in the stands could tell that many faults in the stances.

Gil: Let me show you mutt, why a dog should never try to bite its owner.

Once Gil said that he rushes full force at Mathew throwing cushion to the wind. As Gil got closer, he saw Mathew about to thrust his spear. So Gil decided to dodge to his left and swing his sword down on Mathew but as he was about to swing Mathew used the tip of his spear to block the attack pushing the spear to the side and hitting straight in the chest sending him flying back rolling in the dirt, Of course, it didn't kill Gil because they were only using wooden weapons like only a fool would give 10-year-olds real weapons.

Mathew: Well, thanks for the spar mongrel.

Flashback Over~

That kids is how I put my arrogant brother in his place, or I thought, but it seems he has a thicker skull than a cow.

Gil: Fine worthless mongrel, I won't give you the privilege to know about my greatness.

As Gil walks of thinking about how his brother/rival was an idiot for not knowledging his greatness.
