2 Chapter: 2 Prince or Not? (Rewritten)

As I slowly open my eyes, I find myself in the darkness once again, but this time it's wet? I guess that means I'm still not born yet. While I was thinking about what I should do while I'm in here, I suddenly got kicked in the back of the head. So I inch my head back to see who kick me, but then I realized I can't see yet.

Mathew: 'Wonder what that stingy old man gave me. Let's try this System!'

after a few seconds, nothing popped up

Mathew:' Of course I couldn't get that well then Status.'

Mathew: Well, I saw this coming like I'm not even born yet, but why am I/3 god I thought Gilgamesh was 2/3.

While he was looking at the Status Gilgamesh, hit him in the head again.

Mathew: 'Gil, so help me god once we're out of here. I'm going to beat you black and blue.'

Time Skip: 4 months

In a grand building in the center of Babylon, the screams of a woman could be heard.

Ninsun: DAMN IT WHY DID I AGREE TO THIS. LUGALBANDA I SWEAR I GOING TO BREAK EVERY BONE IN YOUR BODY.

A few seconds later, a man in a throne room had a shiver going down his spine and felt his days are numbered.

Fifteen minutes later, the screams started to stop, and in a bedroom, there is a beautiful woman with two children. The women look at both the children with narrow eyes as if trying to see something. Once she checks the first, she looks at the second. Her second child has white hair and red eyes, but what she felt within the child, she feels disappointed and hands the child to a nurse.

Ninsun: This child is only 1/3 god and is not fit for what we gods have planned, so throw him into the river.

Ninsun then looks at the first child with care but not love and breastfed it.

Ninsun: You shall be called Gilgamesh, the key so gods can walk these grounds again.

The nurse with a child in hand walked out of the room. She was taking the child down to the Euphrates river.

Mathew at the time was looking at Gil with a smile on his face as he never wanted to be an item to the gods, and now he can forge his path, but then that smile turn into a frown as he realized that he's going to be thrown into a river.

He quickly looked at the nurse.

Mathew:'Why! Why me most hero stories go like this way, but why did it have to be me.'

Suddenly a voice could be heard in Mathew's head.

God: By when I was looking threw your soul, I found out you have a reality marble your one of the lucky few not even most god has them. But it seems due to emotional problems you couldn't unlock it back then.

Mathey seeing this could only smile bitterly but quickly came out of it as he was trying to find a way out of getting throwaway.

Time Skip - 30 minutes

By this time, the nurse was already at the river and about to throw the child into it but was stopped by a woman passing by.

??: What are you doing?!

the women quickly ran up to and snatched the baby from the nurse

Nurse: Queen Ninsun has ordered that I throw away the boy

??: Tsk, even if she is the queen, I won't let you harm this poor boy.

Mathew was so happy that he couldn't help but let out a giggle.

Flora who heard Mathew giggle though it was one of the cutest things and she thought she made him giggle which in a way was true

Flora turned to the nurse staring daggers into her for almost throwing away this cute boy.

Flora: Go back and tell the queen that I have claimed him as my own.

The nurse who heard this wanted to laugh, thinking that this woman wanted to make an enemy out of the queen herself, but she held it in walking quickly away back to the palace.
