Darkness.

Infinity darkness everywhere around that's gaze reaches.

In this black featureless void without boundary or any concept of time.

Empty space out of anything or anyone.

A completely empty space of absolute silence and stillness that transcends death.

There was a one person floating.

Without any knowledge where he is or why.

What happened to me.

Where am I?

I remember dying.

I was with no special or any distinctive features and simply put a normal person.

It was a usual day like any other.

I was one my way to school while driving a bicycle when one of the cars behind me has lost control and has crashed into me.

Many of bones in my body were broken and shattered from the crash.

After that I have felt unimaginable pain and slowly begin to lose my conscience from loss of blood.

Few seconds later I have died, and then somehow ended up in this black space.

Regardless of the how much time passed in, I couldn't see or hear or even sense anything.

Time passed. Seconds. Minutes. Hours. Days. Until I was unable to tell how much time passed by.

I noticed that l has been losing several of my memories as time pass.

That is probably the consequence of staying in this void.

All I can do is to wait and hope that I will leave this void before lose all of my remaining memories.

After some time passed, I slowly began to fade away and disappear from this void for good.

As awakening from very long dream.

I slowly open my eyes in the middle of night and found myself inside of small and unfamiliar bed. The room was pitch black. Next to bed was old fashion wardrobe and mirror. Across of wardrobe was window with a view of gardens. Bedroom in which I wake up was neatly arranged.

I am unsure what exactly happened.

I am certain that I had died and then somehow ended up in that dark void.

That feeling of death was still clearly presented in my mind.

Now I am alive again.

Then sudden pain assaulted my mind, unpleasant and unnatural sensations coursed through my entire body.

Tears began to spill from the corners of the eyes. In that state of being neither awake nor asleep, my consciousness gradually begins to change and shift.

The last thing I remember is losing consciousness.

After some time, I wake up again and open eyes.

I was sweating slightly after struggling on my bed in attempt to recall the most of memories from my previous life that I still possess.

I remember, no that is not completely correct since all my memories of past and current life has combined into one.

This feeling of life inside of me right here and now, this was definitely reality.

From memory I learned that my new name is Rain Aureus and I was ten years old.

I also have found out that I was somehow reincarnated in Nasuverse and year was 1987.

Now question is in which one exactly I ended up.

Things could go from bad to worse very easily and fast.

I got up from the bed and found myself in front of mirror.

In it I saw boy with slightly pale skin, messy black hair that goes down to his neck and azure blue eyes.

I looked at my new body and clenched my fist few times to get better sense on body.

This body that I have spent ten years in feels unfamiliar and weak to me now.

The future in front of me is a confusing and chaotic but important part was the fact that I possess some knowledge about this world.

It had been two days, since I had regained memories of my previous life.

I am living in a manor on outskirts of the city Norwich in England.

Manor has two floors, on first floor was dining room with couple of rooms for guests and kitchen. On second floor is large library with study room and my bedroom. In basement was magus workshop of my mother in which she worked.

Behind of manor is located beautiful garden in which windows of my bedrooms looking.

I also learned that both of my parents died from illness.

There were four servants that take care of me and mansion under orders of head maid.

Head maid name was Clarice Green. She was woman in early thirty with average height and black hair. She was making sure that everything in mansion is neatly and methodically arranged and that everyone in do their jobs.

Head maid Clarice is my legal guardian and caretaker.

For now, I should try to assess my current situation.

I was born as the third generation of the Aureus family, but it was not overly important line.

I was trained by my mother in Magecraft and has inherited Aureus's Magic Crest, but I lacks the innate talent produced through generations of magus striving to develop the best Magic Circuits.

I was just little below mediocre when comes to magecraft.

I also learned that in a span of few years will happened the Fourth Holy Grail War and will take place in Fuyuki city.

That means that events of Fate/Zero will follow.

In Fate/Zero Holy Grail is practically useless and very dangerous artefact.

Due to Angra Mainyu the avenger class servant being summoned in the Third Holy Grail War by Einzbern attempts to cheat which caused the corruption of the Grail and turned into a manifestation of All the World's Evils which would ultimately cause complete annihilation and destruction.

Without some way to clean polluted essence of the Grail. It is better to be destroyed.

Participates in Grail Wars would be pure waste of time and dangerous, still I should find some way to profits from Wars itself, if not from the Grail.
