Chapter 51: The Eternal Garden of Creation

The Eternal Garden of creation was in the centre of the green forest where five regions of green forest intersect, everybody had teleported and it took Hong Liu a little more time than them to reach there by flying by the time her feet touch to the ground where the four ancient trees were, they hold the garden up in the sky, one three was wide enough have three elephants standing in a row the ancient old roots wrapped around them in the square formation you can see the green bright almost shimmering in the sunlight leaves but you can't tell where the touch the sky or where the back was. Hong Liu, who just went up there only three times in her life knows that flight up there is long enough. She noticed only her grandfather and Ren were there, First Lord was nowhere in sight.

"Where is he?" she asked as Ren and Bai Lei look at her. Ren pointed up as the blood screaming growl echoed to the forest giving Hong Liu a startl.

"I have never seen him act so harshly before, he is putting everything in danger for this," Bai Lei shook his head. stoking his most grey beard.

"Sometimes he is hard to understand," Ren stated. A screech shook the ground, Hong Liu was crawling at her skin.

"I am going up there," Hong Liu unfolded her wings again.

"You won't," Bai Lei said firmly.

"But why?" Hong Liu asked meeting Ren's eyes in surprise.

"The beasts are already enraged, we can't guess what will happen if you intervene besides its First Lord order that nobody comes up, nobody has enough calibre to go against it," Bai Lei said solemnly.

Hong Liu looks at her grandfather in surprise, she always thought her grandfather can do anything but to see that he didn't even dare to go against First Lord's words. He always drills into her that how scared is The Eternal Garden of Creation and the ancient magic of Green Forest and as a princess of green forest and someday future queen, it's her duty protect it but now...she was shaken out her surprise as another screeched echoed from the sky and bright sunlight got covered by the dark clouds casting a shadow over the green forest, anxiety made Hong Liu's throat dry.

"What is happening?" Her heart pounded in fear as she looks up and howls echoed, Hong Liu felt a haunting hollow in her chest.

"The heavens are angry," Bai Lei said. Hong Liu closes her eyes, that's enough she going and she took a flight before anybody can stop.

"Xiao Liu! Xiao Liu! If you interfere there will calamity!" Ren said after her.

Bai Lei only look in shock as for the first time her granddaughter had gone against his words. First, she took the gold dust pearl for the crown prince and now she going after First Lord as her life depends on it. There was no need for her to intervene in this matter but now, another growl echoed. That little lotus.

"Maybe I should go after her," Bai Lei said.

"Don't be foolish, your little lotus pass those beasts three times before and the First Lord is there, the best is to wait it out now anyway. They both going to pay for something like this, don't be foolish and get yourself involved as well. I assure you, you will need all the strength for control damage," Ren said. He just shook his head, he knew Dong Hai is mental but it seems Xiao Liu was not far behind, but what he can do but just wait for what is about happen.

She flew shooting through the clouds, she never flows this fast as the fear ponded in her veins and anxiety threatened to make her look her balance in the air, she landed on the entrance. The entrance was nothing but the mouths of a cave that appear to have infinite darkness but Hong Liu its nothing but few feet away but she remembers the first experience she thought she fall in snake pit again. Hong Liu stepped into the cave and follow the sound of beasts, the golden light hit Hong Liu's feet first as she stepped into the green shimmering grass and she heard a thud and she ran towards it. The sight made Hong Liu freeze, the four beasts had circled The First Lord, The white-winged lion's wings were half-broken and the blood-spattered around as he sneered at blue robe deity, the long snake-like creature but had the head of an eagle with bent beak and red eyes, its eyes were burning with fury. Next was the wolf, black-radish fur with his claw then can tear through any anything and the one that Hong Liu was most afraid of was the red beast, with four legs with a flaming tail and had no head. She swallows, normally she would just put some lily cakes on the riverside flying through them and they fall asleep thereafter eating it but today their fury was directed towards the First Lord, who with his sword in his hand was looking cooly at the winged lion with his cold stone eyes there was nothing in his expression, not even a frown but he was drenched in blood, the blue robe's sleeves were torn and the corner of his mouth was bleeding.

The snake swung his tail to attack the First Lord but it was like Dong Hai was ready he jumped dodging the tail and he swung his sword at the winged lion what happened next was too quick for her eyes, but the red beast had entrapped Dong Hai under him. Dong Hai lose his sword on the impact, Hong Liu eyes widen as her lung froze but to her utter disbelief. Dong Hai smirked.
