"Alright, got some info for you. Amanda Waller is currently in Star City. I'll send you her exact location in a sec; seems like she's been keeping busy there lately. As for her background, she's one tough cookie. Known for her no-nonsense approach, she's the head of Task Force X, also known as the Suicide Squad. She's got her fingers in a lot of pies, if you know what I mean. I'll send you more details, Keep your guard up if you're planning to confront her," said Nightwing.

"Star City huh? What a coincidence. Alright, thanks.I owe You one" said Raiden as he hung up on Nightwing. He then opened his messages to see the location and read the detailed report on her and her squad, then said "Well, let's pay her a visit."

"So this is the building," said Raiden as he started walking towards the massive multi-store building. The building was supposed to be a branch of the CIA; however, in reality, it was not related to the CIA in any way. In fact, this place belonged to a completely different branch of the government called A.R.G.U.S. (Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Humans).

Raiden walked towards the reception, passing multiple guards and a weapons scanner. The woman working there looked at him with confusion as she asked, "May I help you?"

"Got a meeting here," said Raiden. The woman responded, "May I have your name? I'll check the guest list." Raiden said, "Raiden, Raiden Kagawa. Doubt you'll find me there. Just tell Amanda Waller that I'm here to talk, and make sure to tell her that refusal isn't typically an option."

Hearing Raiden's words, the woman pulled a gun immediately from under her desk and pointed it at Raiden. Many guards around all pulled guns and aimed at him. "Who are you? Raise your hands NOW," said the woman. Raiden simply sighed as he leaned on the counter, completely unfazed with the guns pointed at him. "Look, you sould like a pretty smart woman. So, how about you act like one? Call Amanda and tell her I'm here, before I beat everyone in here and walk to her office unannounced."

Before the woman could respond, the phone next to her started to ring. "Welp, guess that option is gone. I suggest you take that call," said Raiden, to which the woman obliged but she kept her gun pointed at Raiden. She listened to the voice on the phone then said, "Drop your weapons, Mr. Raiden. Follow me."

The guards all put their weapons down as the woman walked in front of Raiden. She clocked the elevator and put in a secret code. The door opened as the two walked inside. Raiden looked at her vibrant red hair and her red glasses. He then smiled to himself as the door opened again, on a different floor. He followed her towards the room as she knocked. A voice from inside said, "You can come in."

The woman opened the door to Raiden as he walked in. There he saw her, Amanda Waller. She was a black and tall woman having an imposing figure with sharp features and a stern expression. Her piercing eyes conveyed authority and determination, while her posture exuded confidence and strength. Clad in tailored suits, she presented herself with a no-nonsense demeanor, commanding respect with every calculated movement. To her right side, there was a man there, he stood tall with a military posture, making sure to keep holding the Assault Rifle strapped to him.

"Welcome, Raiden Kagawa. I didn't anticipate your arrival this quickly." said Amanda. Then she added, "Please take a seat." Said Amanda. Raiden walked inside but didn't sit. Instead, he looked around a bit than said, "Interesting. I see why people respect you a lot, but against me, AHAHAHA, it's quite amusing really."

"What is it that you find so intriguing and amusing, Mr. Raiden, that it elicits laughter?" said Amanda in a stern look, clearly annoyed by Raiden. Rick held his Rifle tighter as well when Raiden started to laugh.

"Let me tell you what I find amusing. To your right, a man holding a rifle, safety isn't even on, almost like he's hoping to shoot me," then he turned to a vent on the left of him and the right of Amanda and said, "The vent to the left, Katana is there, awaiting." He then walked to the right and knocked on the wall saying, "And the room to the right, what? King Shark? Seriously? I killed Doomsday, you know?" He then walked to the middle and looked outside the window behind Waller and said, "Oh, let's not forget our buddy over there, on the rooftops, who's that Deadshot? Already aiming at my head, eh?" After waving his hands at Deadshot, Raiden turned to the girl who escorted him here and said, "Finally, Miss Reception Girl? You reek of flowers. Learn to disguise yourself better, Miss Ivy." Hearing Raiden's words, Amanda and everyone else surrounding the room were astonished and shocked due to their locations being exposed.

Before Amanda could say anything, a figure busted through the door saying,"What about lil' ol' me?! Did ya crack the code? How'd ya manage that?!?" A man walked behind her saying, "You idiot! Now he knows about us! We could've jumped him."

"Harley Quinn and Captain Boomerang, I already knew you were there, but you're so insignificant that I didn't even bother," said Raiden before he turned to Amanda. "This is a pathetic display. Now I'm curious, what makes you, a pathetic government dog, think that you can even dare threaten me? As if inviting me to a team of criminals wasn't an insult enough, you alluded to the fact that I'm not allowed to refuse, and not just that, you dared to hang up on me."

"I didn't imply that refusal was not an option. I'm quite certain of that. Watch closely." said Amanda as she turned her laptop to Raiden and showed him a video. The video was CCTV footage of the Amazo/Doomsday and Ivo vs Raiden Incident, showing how Raiden Killed Ivo.

"This footage serves as irrefutable evidence of your homicide. Should this become public knowledge, your heroic facade will crumble irreparably, and the public will clamor for your arrest. You'll descend to the level of the very criminals you've adamantly resisted joining in this team." said Amanda with a confident tone, clearly happy with herself that she found this footage.

"Haha! Cat got your tongue, huh? Not so high and mighty now, Mr. Hero! Welcome to the dark side with us baddies!" said Harley Quinn as she pointed her bat at Raiden and started turning around him. Raiden nodded and said, "Yeah, Indeed, I'm flabbergasted. Everything about you, Miss Waller, pointed at you being one hell of an intelligent individual... But it seems they were wrong. You're just a pathetic woman drunk on power." He then walked towards Amanda and added, "If you think this is enough to threaten me, then you're a fool. I have no interest or care about public opinion. As long as they're safe, people's opinions are useless to me. As for the criminal allegations, well, good luck with that. But let me warn you, Amanda," said Raiden as he put his hand on her desk. "I'm willing to go to war with the Justice League, the United States, and the planet Earth. As long as I live, ain't no one threatening me or taking away my freedom. I do what I want, however I want, whenever I want. If I wanted you, and your squad dead, I would have erased you in mere seconds. Got it?"

Amanda didn't say anything. Instead, she quickly pulled something from under her desk and put it on Raiden's hand. Raiden looked at his arms as he saw two bracelets placed on him. Confused, he said, "Oh, what's this?" as Amanda said, "It appears you've underestimated the resilience of humanity during your time in space, Raiden."

"I see, these must be Meta-Gene inhibitors, huh? *Sigh* let me guess, you got this information through the government? And the government got this information from Captain Atom, the Justice League's weapon against Raiden Kagawa, huh?" said Raiden. He then surprised everyone by smashing the two bracelets on themselves crushing them, as Amanda opened her eyes wide. She uttered, her voice trembling, "They're as resilient as diamonds."

"Is this it?" said Raiden as he kicked her table in the sky and grabbed her from her neck. The Squad all went on the attack. Rick aimed his rifle at Raiden's head, Katana quickly put her sword on Raiden's neck, Ivy summoned multiple plants that surrounded Raiden, and King Shark broke through the wall screaming, "I EAT!"

"CEASE! HALT!" Amanda bellowed at the team., as they all stopped moving. Raiden smiled and said, "I wonder, who do you think I can kill faster? You or them?" He then turned to look at Katana and then said, "Maybe I'll spare her. She doesn't seem to be that bad."

"Kanojo o ika sete (Let her go)," said Katana to Raiden. Hearing that, Raiden realized 'oh yeah, I'm half Japanese, I can understand her'. "Shinpaishinaidekudasai, watashi wa kanojo ya hokanohito o korosu tsumori wa arimasen. Kore wa kanojo ga watashi o odoshitakaradesu (Don't worry, I have no intention of killing her or anyone else. This is just because she threatened me)."

Raiden then turned to Waller and said, "I don't want to hear anything from you, or about you. If I so happen to coincidentally cross paths with you, I will take your head. This team or another, they won't save you. Not even that Enchantress you just called for. If you thought Superman was a nightmare, I'm much worse, because I don't hesitate to kill. You have proof of that."

*Ring* *Ring*

"Give me a second," said Raiden as he grabbed his phone. "Yo."

"Raiden, you're in Star City right? There's a rogue monster in the outskirts. It's about to approach the city, might kill hundreds!" said Nightwing.

"Yeah, Yeah, I'll take care of it," said Raiden as he turned to Waller. "Good luck with this... Squad." Raiden then dropped her and kicked the window breaking it open as he jumped from it.

"What?! He's just gonna bail like that?!" said Harley, to which an alarm then sounded all around the city of a massive monster approaching. Amanda turned on the news to check for it.

The footage showed a massive Red three-headed dragon approaching the city. It was spitting fire at helicopters and military jets attacking it. "That's Azi Dahki, Ancient mythical dragon. It's going to be hard to kill it, even for the league or us," said a woman behind Waller.

"You're tardy. I came perilously close to death." said Waller as she looked at Enchantress with anger. "Don't sweat it, Miss Waller! If he'd offed ya, I'd have made him pay! And then I'd have spit on your grave! Lucky for him, he bolted out that window!" said Harley.

"Oi! Look at that! Isn't that the guy that just messed over Waller seconds ago?" said Captain Boomerang as he pointed at the footage. Raiden dropped down from the sky in front of it, turning into a silver Armored knight with white hair. Waller, Harley, and the Suicide Squad watched as Raiden released a massive blue beam of light from his sword that split the dragon in half and left a pool of blood before he left.

Everyone looked at the screen with shock as Ivy said, "I think we're the ones that just got lucky, Harley," to which everyone agreed in their hearts.

"Kare wa kaibutsu da (He's a Monster)."
