73 Double... triple crossing

The combination of EA and Excalibur Morgan was far more than even the king of heroes could resist. Black and red light illuminated the night for a moment as I stared at the partially destroyed mansion of the Tohsaka family.

"Good job." I said, putting the sword back in my chest and deactivating my ability, making the crown disappear.

I would be lying if I said that having done this didn't leave a bad taste on my mouth, but then again, it was necessary.

"Thank you." replied Kirei.

We both stared momentarily at the empty spot were Gilgamesh used to be before looking at each other.

"I must admit." said Kirei. "I still don't understand why you said in the Geas that I had to order Gilgamesh to kill himself as soon as he either used the chains or Enuma Elish. You could have just told me to order it from the beginning and the end result would have been the same."

I stared at him for a moment before shaking my head. "Don't act like you didn't enjoy it." I said, diverting the topic to avoid giving him a real answer.

"Oh, I did enjoy it." he replied. "Watching the king of heroes' expression as he realised he too was a pawn in the scheme was very pleasant. I am sure he never expected to be betrayed like that."

"Of course not." I said. "Though I really can't blame him for that, after all he had no actual reason to doubt you."

Kirei and I began moving towards the Tohsaka mansion, the part that wasn't destroyed at least, and both Artoria and Diarmuid joined us.

"We won." I said with a smile, looking at my two servants.

"We did, master." replied Diarmuid with a smile. "And now the Grail is yours."

"It is." I said, looking at him and Artoria. "But before that, I should get rid of the last bug."

Kirei's eyes widened as his instincts warned him of the incoming danger. Raising his arms while jumping back, he attempted to block whatever strike was coming his way, unfortunately you can't block Mystic Eyes that way.

My eyes glowed red as I looked at him and in an instant both of his arms broke, painting the floor red with his blood.

"Impossible!" he said, looking at me in disbelief. "The geas was real! It is impossible for something like this to happen!"

"I understand your surprise." I said, walking closer to him as he continued to step backwards. "But I severed my connection with that little scroll. There was no part that said I couldn't do so after all."

"That is imposible!" he replied. "You can't break the connection formed with a Geas."

"Oh it is very much possible." I said, my eyes glowing once again and making his legs break.

Crouching down, I looked at the limbless priest in the eye with a small smile. "Something like an anti-magecraft noble phantasm can do it perfectly."

"Caster..." he muttered with wide eyes, realisation dawning on him as he continued to bleed out.

"Indeed." I replied. "Now, rejoice priest, for you will die seeing my awesome self."

The last thing Kirei saw was a slit opening in my forehead and revealing a beautiful rainbow-coloured eye.

All three of my eyes glowed as the same time and Kotomine Kirei turned to dust.

"Well, time to go and make the wish." I said, standing up excitedly.

As made up as it was, killing Kirei did improve my mood slightly, though it was mainly because of the fact that I was finally getting the Grail.

"Have you two chosen something you want?" I ask Diarmuid and Artoria as we continued to walk in Medea's direction. "The grail won't grant you godhood or something like that, but it should be able to give you something you want, especially because of how much prana we are putting in."

I gave Medea my five biggest philosopher's stones for this, so the amount of prana necessary to grant four decent wishes should be enough. I doubt they have any crazy wishes wither so it will all be fine, and if not then I will add more once I get the third true magic.

I kind of have an idea already about what they will ask for, but its better to be sure.

"Master." said Diarmuid as he stopped. "You already granted my wish, so now I only want to continue serving you." he said, looking at me seriously. "I wish to see the world you will make and help you build your empire. I already swore to be the spear that slayed your enemies at the beginning of the war, so I only ask of you to let me remain as that after the war as well."

I smiled at his words. "Very well, Diarmuid." I said. "I will remain in your care, so I too will once again promise to never ask of you something that will bring you dishonour, I will not doubt your loyalty nor will I question your code."

Diarmuid nodded with a smile and continued walking alongside us.

Looking to see my wife, I found her blushing while fidgeting a bit.

"Anything on your mind?" I ask her with an amused tone.

"Just thinking about my wish..." she replied.
