Moments after the end of the 4th war for the Holy Grail (Fate / Zero)

I woke up in the middle of the night.

The air reeked of smoke, explosions, screams and gunshots were heard.

I was scared, my parents woke up like me and we all left the house. In the dead of night we ran for a shelter.

Strangely not many people were running, only a few people many others were still in the warm world of dreams or in the cold embrace of death.

Although the smoke and flames were visible, audible and present, few of us escaped.

At that moment it happened.

A bright light, a golden light filled with a sacred presence exploded in the city, as if splitting the sky.

Darkness.

Pain.

Heaviness.

A horrible tastes of iron filled my mouth. I spat. A red and black liquid came out of my mouth.

Blood.

I spat blood, blood and a horrible and viscous black mud, rising from the flaming rubble, a macabre symphony reigned over the city, crying, screaming, and cursing, praying, human voices begging for salvation, for mercy or for the sweet embrace of death.

Ignoring the screams, ignoring the pleas, I walked into the flames.

I just walked away from that hell.

One year later.

I woke up like always, I still remember that day. A year ago that night, I came to this world in the middle of hell. I don't know if it was reincarnation, transmigration, retrieval of memories from a previous life or synchronization with an "I" from a parallel world or another theory of quantum physics related to space-time or super strings.

I Akatsuki Kurama woke up in the hell of the Fourth War for the Holy Grail of Fuyuki City- Japan, also known as the 4th Heaven Fells of Fuyuki, a secret tournament where 7 Magus and 7 Servants, kill each other by the Holy Grail, a mystical and supposedly omnipotent object capable of granting any wish. Amid the flames of that hell, bathed in the evil light of the contents of the grail, we could say that I was born in this world.

--To think that it would end in Tipe-Moon's Nasuverse.

If for some reason I ended up in the body of a child, an unknown survivor of the great fire that ended the fourth war for the holy grail, or Fate / Zero.

Apparently my parents were normal humans, but currently I am living with some uncles and their daughter, they are undoubtedly background characters, fillers, nonsense mobs within the story but that is good for me, I can live quietly in this dangerous world. My appearance is a bit above average I am not narcissistic but I can say that I am moderately attractive, reddish black hair and bluish purple eyes; if it were not because my uncles and cousin have the same amethyst eyes I would think it is a mystical type of eye.

--But since I'm here, I might as well enjoy it ~

That was how I decided to become a Magus, preparing for the next Great War, vowing not to allow a repeat of that hell.

Justice? No please, be an Ally of justice or a hero, let's leave that to the protagonist. I just want the power to live a free and wild life in this new world.
