6 Neighbors

You have been at your new home for a few days busily moving the furniture from the trucks sitting in your driveway. You were watching cooking videos while "cleaning up" your room when you suddenly heard your dad shout from downstairs.

Dad: Y/N the neighbors are here, come down quickly I'm going to get the door!

Y/N: Coming dad!!

You quickly put back down your computer and comb your hair while exchanging your pajamas for something more casual before heading downstairs. In your living room, you saw a really cute boy standing behind his parents curiously looking around before his eyes landed on you.

???: Hello I'm Mrs.Jeon and my husband, Mr. Jeon.

???: Well um I'm Jeon Jungkook but you can call me Jungkook. *cute bunny smile*

Y/N: Hello my name is Y/N it's a pleasure to meet you *Bowing*

Dad: And I'm Park D/N. Ah, please sit down on the couch and I'll grab some snacks.

I'm sorry it's still a bit messy in here.

Mr.Jeon: It's alright and thank you.

Mrs.Jeon: We wanted to welcome you guys to our neighborhood so we got you this gift it's not much but I think it could be useful for early mornings.

In Mrs.Jeon's hands was a box with wrapping paper around it.

Dad: That really isn't necessary but thank you very much for your gift.

Your dad took the boxed gift and brought it with him into the kitchen.

Mrs.Jeon: Well Y/N how are you liking it around here so far?

Y/N: It's very pretty here. I haven't seen much since I have been helping my dad move things around, but I'm enjoying myself very much!

Mr:Jeon: I'm glad that you're having some fun. May I also ask you what university are you going to?

I heard you just graduated high school last year in I believe Country A?

Y/N: Ah.. Well.. I did graduate from Country A but I'm going to Ceoul Univeristy on Monday...

Mr. Jeon: Your father must be very proud that you got into such a prestigious university!

Y/N: I can't take all the credit my father helped me alot along the way.

Mr.Jeon: Your going to the same school as my son Jungkook I'm sure he can help you around the school.....

Mr.Jeon glanced at Jungkook while Jungkook stared at you nervously and slowly nodded. Jungkook's mom looked like she wanted to say something but she suddenly got a phone call and answered the call.

Mrs.Jeon: I'll be right back I need to take this. You nodded your head as you heard I few words for her conversation and went back to your conversation with Jungkook.

Jungkook: My Hyungs might talk to you a lot, so they might be a handful to deal with at first but I promise they're super nice.

Y/N: They sound like amazing friends!

Jungkook: They are, I'll bring you to meet them on Monday!

Y/N: Great!

Dad: Sorry it took so long here is some coffee and cookies, everyone!

As you dad started setting down the cookies and drinks Jungkook's mom came in with a worried face.

Mrs. Jeon: I'm afraid we have to go, I just received an important phone call and I need to head out of the country tonight and Jungkook has to go do some of his leftover homework, his friend flew back a few days ago and we went to pick him up.

Dad: Oh I see please take these cookies along with you to enjoy.

Mr.Jeon: They seem delicious thank you so much for sparing some time to talk to us and giving us these cookies!

Dad: It's no problem stop by anytime soon!

Y/N: Bye Mr. Jeon! Bye Mrs. Jeon!! Bye Jungkook!!

*Time Skip*

It was six am two hours before school started.

You got out of bed and got ready for your first day at school. You put on some jeans and a hoodie and went out to greet your father.

Y/N: Hey dad!

Dad: Good morning.

Y/N: So what's for breakfast?

Dad: we're having pan-

*Ding Dong*

You looked at your dad in confusion as you quickly went to see who was at your door and it was Jungkook.
