"What?!...." with that her phone fell from her hands.

"What happened?" Minho asked worriedly taking her almost passing out body.

"D-Dad.."with that she finally bursts into tears.

"What about Dad?" Minho asked her as he too called her dad as his cause his dad died a long time ago and her dad always supported him.

"He was hit by a truck" she said between her sobs.

"Let's go to the hospital alright? Now give me the address I'll drive you there." He said taking his car keys.

She nodded and went to his car.

They went to the hospital.

Yana quickly went to the reception asking the lady there "Do you know in which room my dad- Mr. Richard is admitted?"

She nodded and said "Let me check."

"I'm sorry he has just been taken to the I.C.U cause his condition was critical. The I.C.U is on the second floor." The lady said.

Yana nodded and ran away with Minho on the second floor.

The doctor came out of the I.C.U. He took off his mask.

Yana went to him and asked "How is my dad?"

"May I ask you who are you?" The doctor asked.

"I am Yana , daughter of Mr. Richards." Yana said.

"Well his condition was very critical when he came to the hospital. It seems that he was badly hit by the truck , like someone had intentionally hit him cause all the cases of accidents we dealt with are not this dreaded. We also found out that his fingers were slightly burnt. I'm sorry we can't say anything about it , it involves a police investigation." the doctor said and went away.

Yana just stood there too shocked to say say anything.

Minho knew that she didn't have the courage to do anything now so he made her sit on the bench outside the I.C.U and himself went to call the police.

Yana sat there and thought that why would anyone try to kill her dad. As far as she knew, the company loved him and his work not even a single employee had any complaint.

Minutes later Minho came in with packets of food in his hand.

"Come one, it's late in here now." he said.

She knew that if she would decline it, he would somehow make her do it, so she accepted it in one go with a very weak smile.

"Who is the first lucky guy who got your number?" He asked trying to move her mind from that accident a little.

"It is Taehyung , the CEO of the company where I and dad work. I gave him to it cause he was feeling very low today." she replied.

"Do you think by getting your number, the CEO of the company of GUCCI would be happy saying 'the goddess Yana' herself gave me her number?" He joked to lighten up the mood not to mention he was broken from inside.

"I just felt like it" she simply replied.

He then smirked.

She noticed it.

"Don't smirk like that or I'll cut your throat.." with this she remembered the doctor said that how somebody might have tried to kill her father.

She then became sad and the tears started building at the bridge of her eyes.

He noticed her tears. He never wanted Yana to tear apart. She was like a real sister to him. That's why seeing her tears made him tear apart but he never showed her the weak side of him so someone might be their to console her.

He but never made his emotions be stuffed inside him because that might lead to a dangerous thing so he always goes to his home and then to his rooftop and starts to yell out all of his emotions making him feel better gradually.

"It's ok you can cut my throat with this" he said showing his chopsticks.

She then bursts into laughter.

They both fell happy to know that they both somehow felt happy.

15 mins later police came in the hospital.

The police officer asked the doctor to come with him to tell the case.

The police officer came then came to yana.

"So you are the victim's daughter, Ms. Yana?" the police officer asked.

She nodded.

"Ok so we need to go to the crime scene to find out what happened there" he said.

She yet again nodded.

They went to the crime scene.

The car was badly crashed. The scene was to hard to see it with a weak heart.

Minho side hugged Yana knowing that she was not able to see all of that.

The police checked the car for hours to find nothing and then called the doctor to check if something was found inside his body. The doctor from the other side just answered that while doing the operation they didn't find out anything.

They went back to the hospital.

"I'm sorry to say that your father is in coma but chances are that he might wake up early." the doctor reported them.

Minho and Yana both lost it then and there. But Minho was slightly more calm than her to control her.

The investigation went for 1 month.

Yana would always directly come from work to the hospital to check up upon him having a little hope that her dad would've woke up but was always left hurt.

But after that one month her dad woke up.

The doctors said that after some time he can be discharged.

The police have already reported it to them that it was an accident only. But they couldn't get the fact that why the starring wheel's leather was ruined because that was totally not because of the accident cause the starring wheel's leather can't be torn off just like that and the reason behind it was also not coming up.

"IT HAS BEEN ONE MONTH SINCE I HAVEN'T BEEN TO WORK! I NEED TO GO NOW!" Yana's dad slightly yelled.

"Oh, yes your work! You were asked...." Yana said.
