1 Chapter One

Every person has a goal to look forward to, my goal is to become a Shadow leader. What is a Shadow leader well it's a person who controls his empire from behind the scenes, I want to build my own business and have a lot of power but be as mysterious as I can. Its fun dream right, but in our world, I can't do it, am just a normal adult twenty-three years old, University student who works a part-time job in a retail job. I study business so am one step hiding to achieve my dream.

But no one knows what the destiny is heading for us. One day I was late for my class, so I was running fast, I didn't check the road while crossing and I was hit by a car. (You need to listen to your mam and look before crossing)

In my head I had this regret dying young, god damn man I been in school all my life and before I even graduate I died man am a loser virgin. I closed my eyes and I gave up struggling.

I opened my eyes, ah it cold I tried to cover myself with my blanket, but it wasn't there, I was searching for it then it hit me, WHAAAATTTT AM I STILL ALIVE, how is that even possible the last thing I remember that I was hit by a car and I died. What is this smell as I struggle waking up I hear a noise outside the room. Then a beautiful woman enters she is in her thirties having a worried look on her face.

My head kept hurting me as I receive the memory, my name is Jake, fifteen years old, I live in a farm, my dad died from sickness and the beautiful women in front of me is my mom, I was a useless son who was complaining all the time I guess I have some bad friends that gave me this influence, man those are really bad friend the kind who use you f**k it am not going to hang with this ass**** anymore. My mom name is Sarah, she is kind, the type that smile all the time, she knows am doing stuff wrong but she keeps telling me what a great boy I am. WOOW she is really nice mom, back on earth I was an orphan so I don't know what the mother love feeling is but somehow, I can feel it now it warm and cosy like everything is going to be alright. We have this farm, but it seems it dead because the rain stops and the soil is not good for planting.

"Did you wake up? Are you feeling alright I thought I was going to lose you, so I didn't know what I was going to do without you brat." She was crying while hugging me.

"It's alright mom am not going anywhere it's just I was tired and am full of power I will be fine in a short time don't worry," Jake said it while patted her back

She smiles and said she is going to make some food and left the room.

So where am I, as I was searching my memory we are in a place call Spring Fog area but we I live in Bluefield Village it thinks because there is a lot of blue flowers around the village that why they called it Bluefield.

Jake looked up to see his surrounding the smell is very bad like a barn with all the straws. My bed is made from straw and I don't have a cover. my cloth looks like 1920 pyjamas I guess because am a farmer son I need this cloth to farm? Man, but they are comfortable if you don't want me to lie.

So, what am I supposed to do here I don't understand farming and it a backward world that I don't want to think about where the bathroom is. While I was thinking my mom enters the room

"I made you this soup, so it helps you recover faster" with a smile on her face

Jake looked at it and uggg no salt no taste but my mum was looking happy and she is smiling at me, so I drank it.

"Mum this soup is delicious you need to open a restaurant you will do well ". Jake said smiling

"Will aren't you sweet your reckless brat if you like it this much I will go make some more for you". She was happy.

"No mom don't overwork it, did you eat I want to eat with you". Jake don't want more of this tasteless soup. Man now I have to figure out how to maintain alive in this backwards world.

We ate and talked about our day and my mom was happy I think it's the first time I did something like that, she was feeling alone and he doesn't care about her feeling. Old Jake is such a bustard how he could leave his mom alone and sad but am here for her.
