21 Turning point

While Haruto went into the bathroom the two girls stood there facing each other quietly soon the silence turned awkward. Mirage had her head down and started fidgeting more and more as time went by while the sound of water running sound in the background "it's alright Mirage"

"Huh" startled by the voice, looking up to see Mikumo staring at her with a sweet smile "Mirage it's alright I know you love him too and I also know he loves you too. I told him that I would not object but also support him. I can't stand to hurt him in any way even though I had told him it was alright but in my heart I was still scared that he might forget me and no longer love me but when he told me that he would always love me and I would be the one he loves most it made all my fears melt away so please let's work together to make him happy okay" said Mikumo while extending her hand out for a handshake.

Mirage also timidly reached her hand out to shake hers.

After shaking hands they began to idly chat before getting a bit more comfortable with each other.

After exiting the shower he was surprised at how they got along and was relieved as he joined and sat between them pulling both in his embrace with Mikumo slightly really red and Mirage blushing hard.

Soon the next day they were dispatched to planet Al Shahal to intercept the ariel knights as the Protoculture ruins were reacting soon all Delta members had engaged except for messer. Not long the walkure also descend with their song.

With that Haruto blasted off to face Keith straight away as he knew other than Arad the others couldn't take him, he couldn't either but he could still last a bit.

He started bombarding him with countless missiles before turning to run as he w=knew this wasn't enough. Not long Keith was right behind him trying to gun him down while he occasionally retaliated.

Meanwhile, the others had found their opponents making the match a stalemate but he was starting to get more and more disadvantaged.

Right as Keith was about to go up a notch again his rear shields were blasted

Coming from the smoke a Valkyrie with a number 2 on it appeared

"Haha you appear Grim Reaper"

"Delta 2 engaging"

Both Keith and Messer began a massive firework in the sky.

Haruto being free he began to provide support fire while protecting the walkure, with his support the battle began to tip in their favor and the main battle also reaching the climax as both Keith and Messer were flying in at each other.

Knowing if he doesn't do anything Messer would die he blasted off at max speed towards them, even though Messer wasn't the greatest but just knowing the result of this battle would make even him sad thus why not do something about it, but with his current abilities and the state they are in now he can't rely on his eyes to stop Keith's shot so the only way is to block it, his eyes may not allow him to shoot down another shot but moving his Valkyrie to block while not letting it hit anywhere critical should not be a problem.

They were soon to collide, Messer starting lasers at Keith's cockpit but was blocked by one of Keith's detachable while Messer's weapons went on cooldown taking this chanceKeith tilted slight aiming straight for the cockpit and fired.

It was as though time slowed down as the shot got nearer and nearer to Messer's cockpit but just as it was about to reach with 10 meters of Messer's cockpit another Valkyrie arrived in front of Messer as the laser went straight through its left shoulder blasting of its arm along with a wing causing Haruto's Valkyrie to lose balance and collide into Messer as they fell and crashed near the walkure.
