10 Blooming feelings.....

Ripun tried a few of the dresses to see the dresses befitting her. Charles looked at her with admiration as whatever she chose, was of much elegance. She looked as graceful as he had imagined. What's more, she had occupied a special place in his heart wherein he had decided not to let her go. Ripun selected a few of the dresses whereas left the few at the desk as she was still hesitating thinking about the amount she owed to Charles. Charles glanced at those dresses and asked the attendant to pack all the dresses Ripun had liked. Adam had to leave due to an urgent situation, so he bid his farewell asking to meet again at the ball he had invited Charles. Moreover he wanted to meet Ripun again,so this was an opportunity he used to invite the lord. When they came outside, the driver came and took the bags from the maid attendants.

"Would you like to have coffee my dear?asked Lord Charles.

Ripun was feeling quite tired after spending three hours in the market, so she accepted the offer.

While sitting at the cafe.....

"Would you like to accompany me to watch a movie tonight? "asked the lord looking at Ripun with affection.

Ripun was very fond of watching movies but seeing the lord's special affection for her, she didn't want to give him any false hope as she was determined to go back to her family. Moreover its been only a few days that she had known him, so how could she accept his offer as she also had a slight idea about lord's interest in her.

"ummm if you don't mind could we please go some other time? "hesitated Ripun while politely trying to deny Charles'offer.

"Its fine Ripun, I like that you are being honest with me. Please don't hesitate speaking your mind!" stated the lord though he was not expecting her denial.

Ripun hurried and finished her coffee and waited for the lord to do it sooner as she didn't want to spend any more time to stop her heart from wavering. When it came to lord's company, she had felt an unknown pull that drifted her heart towards the lord.She wasn't sure as she didnt doubt her husband's love for her. She was determined to keep her love sacred by not wavering but this man had his aura that attracted her like a magnet. It never had happened before with her. She always stood focused on her family but this time it was different. Ripun didn't want to tangle herself into all this as she was already unable to process what was taking place. She could never imagine that there was actually a world beside hers.

"May I know what is bothering you dear?" questioned the lord though he knew what was going on in her mind.

"Aaa... nothing specific sir.... its just that I was wondering if I will be able to go back to my family."said Ripun saying contrary to what she was thinking.

"Ohhh, I thought so.... Don't bother yourself unnecessarily as you never know when things might work out for you. said lord hiding his actual intentions. He also knew that he had to work hard in order to win her heart which was already taken but he was determined to not to loose his love this time. No he could never let her go.

After having coffee, lord remembered he had to make some urgent visit so he went back to his mansion along with Ripun .After coming back.....

"Ripun, please go ahead and make yourself comfortable as I have got some urgent issue to see to. I will be back after two hours and we will have dinner together. "said Lord Charles while walking her to her room.

Ripun was too exhausted, so she decided to take a bath with hot water. She didnt lock her door but seeing lord had left, she undressed herself in her room and wrapped a towel around herself to go to bathroom.

Just then there was a knock at the door, she turned hurriedly to see who it was as the door had not been locked. Lord Charles had entered the room and when she took hurried steps to move and cover herself with the blanket kept over her bed, her towel slipped, and there she stood numb not knowing what to do. Though she had her inner garments on.... Ripun was a shy woman and that too facing another man was too much for her to gulp. Chalres stood there but seeing her getting nervous he turned to the other side and said, "I 'm sorry Miss for entering like this. I just wanted to tell you that I won't be able to have dinner with you tonight, so I wanted to inform you timely. "Ripun had manged to grab the towel when Lord Charles turned his face the other side but she was so embarrassed that her face grew red due to embarrassment.Charles could see her red cheeks and found her quite cute. He left seeing the situation as he didn't want to trouble her more.

Ripun took the bath but was unable to forget what happened in the room earlier. The next day, she hesitated to see the lord when he asked for her presence for the morning tea. The maid went after delivering the message, she took quite some time to go for the tea. Lord Charles was able to predict what would have happened that Ripun delayed coming to the lawn to have tea and thinking about it, brought a smile on his face.
