Sparring

A few minutes after Fade left, Cedric's father Nathan woke up and saw that his son was unconscious. The first thought that came to Nathan's mind was that his son was killed so he quickly approached the body. 

Usually, Grandmasters like Nathan could discern the status of a body even at a distance but now was not able to do that. When Nathan got close to Cedric he felt his pulse and was happy to see that he was still alive. 

"Thank God, you're alive." 

Nathan hugged Cedric's unconscious body for a few seconds. Once he was able to calm himself down he spoke to Michael and Shin. 

"Can you two tell me what happened?" 

Michael did not hesitate as he spoke about the events that transpired while Nathan was asleep. From the deal with Fade, and how easily Fade dealt with the berserk Cedric.
