I challenge you

While everyone was deep into their training something unexpected happened. Someone was able to hack into every monitor in the city. In a military base, Tang Ao gritted his teeth as he growled at one of the officers. 

"Can anyone tell me what is happening?! I can barely understand if he can hack into the monitors in the city but how can he hack into our database?! Damn it, how long before we can get back control?" 

"Sorry sir, it might take ten minutes before we can take back control." 

"Make it five."

The same scene was happening at the police station as their system was suddenly hacked. The chief of the police station was about to call Tang Ao when somebody suddenly appeared on the monitors.

The monitors all over Leim City showed the face of a man that most of the people in the underground world know, it was Reo the former biggest drug dealer in the city, or someone that looks like him.
