The MC will be reborn with the powers of Mob Psycho. However he will have full control over them so he can use his emotions (unless you want it to be otherwise)

You should add a lot of comedy to this story since the MC will he super OP. Kind of like One Punch Man.

Thats about it, i mean all MHA stories are pretty much the same, they just follow the main story line so just make it funny maybe even add a harem.
