Appearance: It is a suit Stand same as White album and Oasis. It consist of a metallic bird mask with its eye's glowing blue and clawed glove hands and a top hat and a british suit.

•Abilities:

Pocket dimensional hat: Its top hat can store items and weapons in it since it acts as a pocket dimension.

Drawback: Items can easily fall off from the top hat and the top hat cannot store large things like vehicles and the Stand itself isnt much durable.

Flight suit and Combat Gloves: The suit itself allows its user to fly and its clawed glove hands are perfect for combat.

Faded away: The most deadliest ability called Faded away, which creates a blue cloud smoke in a particular area and summons a murder of crows which attack anyone who take a step forward or back and the ability lasts for 30 minutes and it remains active even in a world of stop time since time is irrelevant to the crows. And it also attacks flying targets but more violently and if one of the crows are killed a new one will appear and takes that crow's place.

Drawbacks: The crows cannot attack close to the user 2 meter from it then it'll fly back where it cames. The opponent can use this to his advantage and use the user as a shield and the user is vulnerable to long range attacks from opponents who cannot take a step forward or back due to fade away ability. Also the STAND and the blue cloud are visible to Non-Stand users or STAND users but NON-STAND users can't see the crows. And Non-organic things like drones, RV vehicles, and other moving objects does not get attack by the crows cause they only attack organic things like human and animals.

Story: He was a hard work man a long time ago. He kept working hard but failed, but his close ones were a successful but his the only one step behind, this makes them mocking him and pisses him off. After he discovered all of them using shortcuts, he was getting even angrier. So he took a dark path until he was shot by an arrow and after he got a Stand, he felt more joy in his life.
