14 Shazam in Campione

Let's begin with the obvious complaint. Yes it is another Campione fan-fiction, that series is just good for making fan-made characters and stories. Besides, a guy who gets his powers from the aspects of various Gods and Heroes is just asking to be put into a world of similar people. Plus, I don't think Shazam/Captain Marvel gets enough love, most people tend to label him as the "Magic Version of Superman". So, I'm giving him some love in the form of this chapter, and if you don't like that, leave.

I'm assuming most know where Shazam gets his power, right? If you don't, that's fine, I'll explain it to you. Shazam's name is actually the clue of where he gets his abilities. S is for the Wisdom of Solomon, H is for the Strength of Hercules, A is for the Stamina of Atlas, Z is for the Power of Zeus, A is for the Courage of Achilles, and M is for the Speed of Mercury. Or if you go by the New 52 version it's the Strength of S'ivaa, The Fires of H'ronmeer, The Compassion of Anapel, The Source Manipulation of Zonuz, The Boldness of Ate, and the Lightning of Mamaragan. I'd stick with the old powers though, these new ones are a bit complicated, and don't really fit Campione.

If you feel like it, you can say it's the New 52 version but upon entering this world he regains his old powers. And, you could also have him keep some of his New 52 abilities, specifically the pyrokinesis and the source manipulation he gains from H'ronmeer and Zonuz respectively. Really only the fire manipulation is new, but source manipulation just sounds cool.

As for plot, I think the basic "falling into a mysterious portal" will suffice. This whole coming up with unique ways of entering different story worlds has kind of burned a hole in my head. Anyways, Shazam awakens in his normal body, Billy Batson, in the country of Italy, just after the plot begins. He is in the mansion owned by Lucretia Zola, who is fascinated by the young boy's divine aura. That's where I'll leave off.
