30 Reborn! in Naruto

Before anyone says anything, there is a reason I said Reborn! instead of Reborn. That's right, this is a fan-fic of both Katekyo Hitman Reborn! and Naruto. I haven't seen a single fan-fiction for Reborn! on here, so I'm giving you guys this one. Normally I keep these pretty short by limiting myself to a couple paragraphs, but here I'm going to be going more in depth on what I mean specifically.

First off, how do we bring the powers from Reborn! into the world of Naruto? There are a couple of ways to do it: One, by making a system for it, Two, the powers have always existed, there just wasn't anybody with the knowledge or ability to use them, or Three, The worlds of both Reborn! and Naruto have collided and fused, creating a larger and more powerful world, like in Everyone Else is a Returnee.

So, Number One is to make a system to give the MC access to the various powers and equipment from Reborn!. If You do end up using this one, it'll be way easier to gain power, mainly just needing to exchange a form of currency for it. This idea is a bit overdone at this point, some people might not like it. Obviously, if the system is giving Quests, they'll mainly revolve around building a Mafia as well as meddling in the plot. If you do end up giving the MC a starter pack, it should include the Vongola Rings, the Sky Flame, Vongola Hyper Intuition and another Flame of your choice. I'm including both Flames of the Sky and Flames of the Earth, just to give you more options.

Number Two is a bit more difficult to believe, considering people like Orochimaru existing in the world of Naruto. It's not a very convincing scenario, and it's basically saying the Dying Will Flames exist in every world, just that no one knows how to use them. I can see most people would want to stay away from such an explanation. In this scenario, the MC would find a version of the Helper's Book, with details on how to create everything from Dying Will Pills to Box Weapons. Here, the MC would also have to be given, at most, three different Dying Will Flame Attributes. We don't want another Gokudera on our hands.

Finally, Number Three, is mainly another version of Two, just instead of occurring naturally, the Flames are brought there, via the fusion of the worlds of Reborn! and Naruto. The MC of this one, would be someone from the Reborn! world, with knowledge of the creation of Dying Will Pills and use of Dying Will Flames. Both the Vongola and Simon Rings would end up in his hands, and he'd be roped in to creating a new Mafia. This fusion process would eliminate almost all of the people from the Reborn! world as Naruto's world is far stronger and the Naruto world would gain the Dying Will Flames.

There is an unnamed Dying Will Fire of the Earth, which has the ability to cause extreme lacerations, so I'll just give it a fan name here and call it the Valley or Canyon Flame, with its characteristic being Severing. I'll understand if you don't want to use that, it is more fulfilling to write your own thoughts.

Obviously, the MC's plot would depend on which of the three you decide to choose. Option One would be a reincarnation, Option Two would be an insert, and Option 3 technically would be a transmigration. I understand that the power scales for these two series are completely different, but I've always felt that Reborn! deserved more growth, and I think that introducing something like the Chakra growth that Naruto has could eventually make the Dying Will Flames even more powerful. The limit of the Flames is all because of the restriction of Wave Energy, which is determined at birth. So, basing the Flames energy source off of something that can grow, like Chakra or Ki, will eventually make them unbelievably strong.
