8 Hamon in a Vampiric World

So, I don't have a specific world in mind, I couldn't think of anything at the time of writing. This idea will basically bank on You having chosen a fictional place you want. There is a lot of vampire fiction to choose from, but we all have our favorites. So, this one will be really short, maybe even less than 200 words.

MC dies and is allowed to reincarnate with 3 wishes. He wishes to be an Ultimate Lifeform (Kars), Be sent to ****** World, and have all knowledge of Hamon and Sendo. So, lad dee da dee da, you have an OP MC. See, I told you, short. I won't fill this with fluff, just to get more words out of it.
