13 Blank Omnitrix in the Media Multiverse

So, as a child, I watched Ben 10, and continued to watch it as a teenager when Alien Force came out. Now, I want you guys to breathe a new life into it, with this chapter. You guys are probably going to ask me what the Media Multiverse is, well the answer is any and all media. That means anime, games, movies, TV shows, and books are all fair to use.

So, your next question is going to be about the whole Omnitrix business. So, this Omnitrix will have both the functions of the Biomnitrix and the Ultimatrix (Ultimate forms and Fusions), but it starts off with no DNA to use for transformation. The MC must go to different universes to collect samples of alien species, slowly growing its database and increasing his strength. Now, the reason it's blank is because I don't think the character should start off too powerful, he should have to earn whatever transformations he gets. This basically is forcing him to need to train his body so he can survive encounters with superhuman beings.

What about plot? Well, I was thinking of either resurrection or transmigration. By resurrection I mean he's revived, same body, same age, same issues as when he was alive. Obviously the same applies for transmigration, just thought I should explain what I meant by resurrection. So, after dying, or waking up in a new world, he is given a gift in the form of the Omnitrix. (A little bit of context of what this one looks like, think a gauntlet like the Ultimatrix, but it's either white or silver-colored.) A voice log inside of it states that this is completely devoid of any DNA to use for transformation, requiring the user to scan alien life-forms. Other than that, the Master Control is already unlocked, needing no further experimenting with the dial.

So, some of the obvious choices in DNA are Saiyans, Kryptonians, Namekians, Asgardians, Kree, Skrull, and Green or White Martians. There are so many different species in the world of Media, why not use them?
