[1] he can build basics. walls, floors, basic things(better) he can also make big complex stuff but it'll be the scrap equivalent, unless he buys the stuff(gets discount from having materials (more materials=less cost)
(2) S9 here, I edited out the blueprint gacha and replaced it with system shop which is easier to write.
I'll be adding coins which can be earned from missions and killing, I'll be adding how much coins he earn per kill like the exp auxiliary later
[ok I haven't played In a while so I don't know if they were there or got destroyed. I think its still 1 year till the attack so I might be wrong on the timeline.if I'm wrong then this is a AU where they are alive in 2272.
