7 6. Kiss

Some hours later she headed out to meet with the production team but she had to make a small detour to her apartment as the things that happened inside that office with the CEO made her look completely disheveled. She had to take several minutes to calm her raising heartbeat and her flushed face.

"Miss Talbot, would you like something to drink?"

"Ah?... yes."

The production team went to a gathering party to celebrate the beginning of the rolling. However, Norah was completely distracted and couldn't focus her attention on the people around her. Many of them were sending her glances and trying to get into a conversation with her. They were so fascinated with her looks and her indifferent manners only arouse their interest more.

'What happened to me? How could I let him do that?!'

Her mind couldn't stop remembering and she excused herself to the bathroom. She closed her eyes but all they saw was his smiling face.

"Why?" She covered her heart with her palm. "What is going on?"

When they fell on the couch, she landed on his body and he showed a small and mischievous smile. Just when they both tried to stand up her dress was trapped when on his legs and she fell again on him. Then he laughed.

He helped her up again but instead of letting her go, he turned her around on the couch. He was on top of her and their lips were almost touching. She was stunned and couldn't believe what was going on. Then he raised his body and looked at her stunned but with a sly smile.

"I didn't know Miss Talbot was so proactive."

"What? I didn't mean to…"

"Don't worry. I like it."

He leaned again and touched her lips with his lips gently. She was stunned and blushing, her heart was disturbingly beating so fast that she didn't know what to do anymore. That was her first kiss, but the man was Ethan from another world.

He saw her going into a daze, and he decided to speed the kiss a little.

Assistant Grey and Secretary Lu walked inside the office carrying some documents and refreshments. But they froze completely seeing the indifferent CEO on top of a beautiful woman in a very compromising position. They went back almost running from their lives and closing the door tightly.

Norah woke up that instant and pushed the man from her, but he was grabbing her dress so hard that it ripped.

"Ahh!"

PA Grey was outside the door guarding for any intrude when the scream came to his ears. His face was now completely red and he couldn't even raise his head to look at Secretary Lu with her also flushed cheeks.

"You!"

"Babe, stop moving."

He took his coat and put it on her shoulders but her white beautiful legs were showing off making him gulp.

"Stop it!"

"Babe, stay here, I will call for another dress for you."

He said that but her flustered face was looking at the floor, not daring to show her shy face to the man before her.

For the next two days, she stayed inside her apartment. However, even when she tried to distract herself with food or magic, she couldn't stop thinking about that shameless man who hasn't called her since that day. Not even a message, he said he would call her later to talk about the contract.

Then the doorbell rang, and she went running to the front door.

Norah looked at Loren with her big bright eyes leaning her head in confusion.

Norah walked out looking a bit down. Her thoughts were plagued with the handsome face of that man and she couldn't think why. Her heart was betraying her thoughts.

"This… Loren, do you know anything about the CEO of Empire Corp.?

"CEO Ethan Owen? Who does not know about him? He is very famous around the world. Some say he is the wealthiest man living but that is not completely proved. But he is indeed an heir to a business empire and the most sought bachelor. But…"
