16 Mini-Portal.

Xuan Ren Ryu left the Old Jie Shop with Soul Blade in his Hands.

When he reached some distance from the Jie Shop, he thought about something and was shocked.

'Master said that: the soul blade appeared a few million years ago, but I came to this world yesterday, how come my soul appeared here yesterday and my other broken soul along with the soul blade appeared a few million years ago?' thought Xuan Ren Ryu.

Xuan Ren Ryu didn't plan on asking his master about the soul blade in fear of creating new trouble. He shrugged his shoulder and decided to find the truth when he became strong.

Xuan Ren Ryu headed towards his home. While he was passing through a few alleys, he heard the threat alerts broadcasted by the Union.

It would take 5-10 minutes for a portal to open. Before the sudden appearance of a portal, there would be a fluctuation in the atmosphere. By analyzing this fluctuation the size of the portal would be identified/guessed.

While Xuan Ren Ryu is passing through the alley, he heard the evacuation alerts: ''X street X place, a slight fluctuation in the atmosphere was detected, portal size-small, the Threat level unknown, so please evacuate from that location, members from the guild plz check the location and update the threat level.

The surrounding places were bombarded with the Resounding sounds.

Xuan Ren Ryu is closer to the location, so he went to check.

Soon he found a mini-portal at the end of the desolate alley. Xuan Ren Ryu waited for the portal to open, he was planning to test his strength with the beloved sword in his hand; Xuan Ren Ryu a.k.a Ren was a sword lunatic in his previous life. He is a sword genius and also the youngest sword saint.

Xuan Ren Ryu's blood started to boil, he was eagerly waiting for the Magical Beasts to appear. After waiting for two minutes the mini-portal was opened and magical beasts started to appear.

Seven random magical beasts appeared. Xuan Ren Ryu used the Identification Skill on the magic beasts.

The information status about magic beasts appeared in front of him. Three Arachnoids level-15, two Beholders level-16, One level-17 Scorpion and One level-19 Scorpion.

Looking at them, Xuan Ren Ryu's blood boiled, he injected the mana into the soul blade and ran towards the three arachnoid monsters and slashed at them. Just with three moves, he sliced the arachnoid into two halves each.

Each arachnoid dropped a few random stuff, Xuan Ren Ryu ignored them and went towards the two beholders.

Watching him kill the three arachnoids the rest of the monsters headed towards him to kill and devour. One of the beholders attacked with the paralyzing ray while the other beholder attacked with petrification ray.

Xuan Ren Ryu dodged their attacks by jumping to the side and rolled, while he was dodging those beholders changed their attacks and continued shooting death ray, fear ray,...Xuan Ren Ryu's speed was faster than then so he dodged their attacks by sidestepping, rolling and jumping back.

Xuan Ren Ryu understood their attaching pattern, and he selected the demon cleaving technique from his previous life, He circulated the mana through his meridians according to the method and injected the circulated mana into the Soul Blade, the Soul Blade greedily absorbed the mana.

After he had filled the Soul Blade with the mana, Xuan Ren Ryu dodged the coming attacks and countered with the demon cleaving strike.

When the attack landed on the Beholders ''Boom!'' sound was heard, the Beholders exploded into pieces, the place they stood was also blasted as if a grenade was detonated leaving a small hole, all the dropped items were scattered.

The Demon cleaving technique was too OP, the Level-17 Scorpion which was closer to the beholders got attacked too, it was heavily injured and was on the verge of death struggling to live, its entire body was a mess, blood was flowing all over its body with a few missing body parts.

Watching his wife on the verge of death the level-19 Scorpion was enraged.

It immediately attacked Xian Ren Ryu with its tail to leave a hole in his head, Xuan Ren Ryu jumped back dodging it.

While he was fighting. Shina Furaya and few other members from the guilds appeared. They watched Xuan Ren Ryu fighting with the last surviving magic beast. A few of them observed the battle for a few seconds and left.

Five or so members stayed and observed the ongoing fight between Xuan Ren Ryu and the scorpion. These people stayed behind and were watching this low-level fight just because they saw the Jadoo Academy's clothes he was wearing. Shina Furuya was one among them.
