1 I'm A Fallen Angel Part 1

It was a cool Autumn day in August and Sophie was sound asleep in her bed. Sophie's mom, Aaliyah came into her room and gently shook Sophie to wake her up. "Wake up Sophie, time to get up for school." Not being a morning person, Sophie moseyed out of bed and threw on an outfit. She then went downstairs for breakfast. "How did you sleep last night?" Aaliyah asked Sophie. "Fine", she said. "Are you excited for your first day?" Aaliyah asked. "Sure I guess", Sophie said. "I just miss our home in California and all my friends." "I know you do sweetheart," Aaliyah said. "Can't we just go back?" Sophie asked. "No, we moved here to Florida for a better life", Aaliyah said. "I need you to just try to get used to it ok?" "Sure mom, Ok", Sophie said. After that, they went back to eating breakfast. Before they knew it the school bus arrived at her house. She ran out to the bus with the fear of missing it. While on the bus, Sophie felt like an outsider, like she doesn't belong. All of a sudden, a girl came to sit next to her. Sophie kinda felt awkward sitting next to this random girl. The girl looked over at her and smiled. "My name is Jasmine. What's yours?" the girl asked. "My name is Sophie", she said. "Nice to meet you Sophie", Jasmine said. "You're new aren't you?". " Is it that obvious? " Sophie asked. " Well, maybe a little", Jasmine said. "You're sitting by yourself and you're looking around like you got your head in the clouds. I could tell you were new". "Well, I tried not to be that obvious", Sophie said. "It's ok because now we meet each other", Jasmine said. "That's true", Sophie said. " I like you, Sophie. Maybe we could be friends", Jasmine said. " Yeah I'd like that", Sophie said. For the rest of the bus ride, Sophie and Jasmine just talked. When they arrived at the school, Jasmine helped Sophie get her school ID and her class schedule. "What class do you have now?" Jasmine asked. " Looks like I have math", Sophie said. "Cool that means that we have the same. I have math too", Jasmine said. "Cool", Sophie said. "Well, we should be getting to class so we are not late", Jasmine said. "Agreed, let's go", Sophie said.
