17 Chapter 17: Jealousy

(Alexander’s POV)

I watched Reagan as she stalked past me straight into the hall where the party was, her face filled with anger. I don’t think I had ever seen her that angry before, but in her eyes, I had seen more than just anger. There was frustration and also sadness, it looked as though tears had begun to well up in her eyes. I looked over to where her ex-boyfriend was still standing and a weird feeling came over me. All I wanted to beat him until he couldn’t stand up anymore. But right now I had to find Reagan before she made a complete fool of herself.

I walked into the hall and looked around, trying to see if I could spot her anywhere. Finally, I managed to spot her sitting at the bar, doing what I assumed was getting a drink. I made my way over to her and found that she had had more than just one drink. Looking at her it looked as if she was already on her fifth glass of champagne.
