6 Chapter 6 : Integration into the Guild!

Two children, bearing the same hair color as Mirajane, rushed up to her.

Kyros also recognized the two youngsters as Mirajane's younger siblings, Elfman and Lisanna.

"I apologize, I didn't mean to go all out," Kyros said, joining Mirajane's side. He couldn't recall ever fighting a girl before.

Unexpectedly, Mirajane got injured during their first exchange.

"It's nothing serious, just a scratch. Even if you win this time, I'll surely best you next," Mirajane gritted her teeth through the pain, displaying her stubborn determination.

Kyros nodded. "Alright, I'll await your next challenge."

"Good... that's the spirit!"

"Forget defeating Macao, he even managed to take down Mirajane!"

"Who is this newcomer, really?!"

While defeating Macao didn't faze them much, witnessing Mirajane and Kyros sparring left them astonished.

Mirajane's Take Over magic was formidable, especially her Satan Soul transformation, which greatly enhanced her physical abilities and attack potency.

Yet, she was ultimately overpowered by the newcomer's strength, taking a punch that sent her reeling.

"A next time? You're thinking about a rematch? You two troublemakers! I've said it before, no magic brawls in the guild! Absolutely forbidden! And you go at it again right after I warned you!" Makarov's hands enlarged as he seized Kyros and Mirajane, holding them up like misbehaving chicks.

"Cut it out!" Mirajane pouted, throwing her head back in defiance as she was caught.

"You two better fix that wall, and fast! No wall repair, no dinner!" Makarov declared, setting them down.

"Hmph! We'll fix it, don't worry! It's not like it's our first time," Mirajane retorted softly, heading towards the basement as if she knew the way too well, hinting that she'd had a hand in the wall's destruction before.

Kyros sighed and followed Mirajane. Alas, he had joined Fairy Tail not for wall repairs, but it seemed to come with the territory.

Still, being part of Fairy Tail was worth it.

Soon, tools were fetched, and the two men set to work on the repairs, with Lisanna and Elfman lending a hand.

"Hello, my name is Lisanna. I'm terribly sorry. My sister challenged you earlier, resulting in your punishment. Please don't hold it against her," Lisanna apologized to Kyros, her demeanor exuding undeniable charm, making it difficult to refuse her plea.

Kyros nodded, offering a reassuring smile. "That's precisely why I refrained from exerting my full strength initially. I don't hold any grudges against your sister."

"Brother Kyros, you're truly kind," Lisanna expressed, her smile brightening.

Upon hearing Lisanna address him as "brother," Kyros's heart skipped a beat. Lisanna truly lived up to her reputation as the guild's sister; her affectionate nature was undeniably endearing.

"Don't dawdle, Lisanna!" Mirajane interjected disapprovingly. She now regarded Kyros as a rival more than Erza; he had become her own formidable opponent. She couldn't allow her sister to foster a good relationship with him.

Lisanna playfully stuck her tongue out at Kyros, eliciting a smile from him in return.

"Wow! You're incredible! Defeating Macao and Mirajane is no small feat. I'm Natsu Dragneel, and I'll be joining the guild too. Count me in to help," Natsu approached Kyros eagerly, voicing his support.

"Thank you," Kyros replied gratefully.

Mirajane chimed in discontentedly, "Hey! I didn't ask for your help, Natsu. Besides, it's only a matter of time before I defeat him."

"We'll lend a hand too!"

"Count me in!"...

Soon, nearly all the guild's younger members rallied to assist.

They introduced themselves to Kyros, many of whom he recognized as the future stalwarts of the Fairy Tail guild.

The damage to the walls wasn't extensive, and with the collective effort of the children, they were swiftly repaired.

Afterward, everyone gathered to share a meal and engage in lively conversation, filling the air with laughter and camaraderie.

Despite being an adult trapped in a child's body, Kyros felt anything but out of place among the youngsters. In fact, he found comfort and warmth in their presence.

It was a feeling akin to being at home, his previously tense nerves now completely at ease.

Traveling alone to an unfamiliar world and residing on a secluded island, one couldn't deny the creeping fear that nestled within. The traveler's experience was far from the serene and carefree tales found in online novels; instead, there was a palpable yearning to reunite with familiar faces and surroundings.

Despite possessing formidable power, Kyros readily accepted Makarov's invitation to join the Fairy Tail guild.

Upon arrival at Fairy Tail, reality didn't quite match the animated depiction, as the members were still youthful. However, in the guild's ethos, each member was valued equally. Despite varying appearances, the sense of camaraderie remained unchanged.

Though he had only recently become a member, Kyros knew he had found his place, considering the guild his home and its members his family. He pledged to defend his newfound family against any threats.

The greatest adversary of Fairy Tail, and indeed humanity in this world, was the black dragon, Acnologia. In contrast to Kaido, whose devil fruit manifested as a fish model eastern blue dragon, Acnologia represented the Western black dragon.

While Kaido held the template of a dragon, Acnologia's destructive prowess surpassed even the mighty blue dragon, with none able to breach his defenses in the climax of Fairy Tail.

Acnologia met his demise as dictated by the plot. However, Kyros possessed a unique advantage: a system that allowed him to enhance his abilities according to his desires, boasting a growth rate superior to Kaido's.

Perhaps due to the fusion with Kaido's template, Kyros felt an irresistible urge to confront Acnologia in battle. When he could assume the form of a blue dragon, he vowed to challenge the black dragon. Until then, he resolved to diligently pursue strength.
