165. Excessive Destruction

After Mira left the throne room, she immediately flies around Nirvana to inform her comrades about Ben's message. Some of them immediately do as she asked, while some still want to continue their fight here. But some 'persuasions' from Mira make the naughty ones leave too.

5 minutes passed and everyone has left Nirvana, even the enemies. They are chasing the Mages who leave in the middle of battles. So they chase the Mages to finish their battles. Besides, they thought Brain is on Nirvana, so they can leave it for now.

Too bad though, the one on Nirvana isn't Brain, but Ben. Brain was sent out of Nirvana and tried to get onto it again but got stopped by Mira after she was done with her task to inform her comrades. She is now fighting with Brain again under the moving Nirvana.

In the control room, Ben is sitting with his eyes closed. Then he opens his eyes slowly and takes a deep breath before exhaling it. He is ready to start his plan now.

"You guys ready?" asks Ben to his clones through their mental connection.

"Anytime," replies his clones.

"Let's do it, melt this thing," says Ben.

Ben's clones touch the giant Lacrima Crystals and flow their Magic Power into it. The clones' bodies suddenly glow bright red and they become very hot. They are using Heat Mode and they flow it onto the Lacrima Crystals.

Ben is also doing the same in the control room through the control link. He & his clones are using their magic on Nirvana and use the Lacrima Crystals to help them. The Lacrima Crystals are connected to every part of Nirvana, so their Magic can cover the whole Nirvana.

The plan goes well because Ben has calculated it with AI Chip's help. His Heat Magic spread on every part of Nirvana from top to bottom. Soon, Nirvana starts to glow red too as it gets heated up.

Slowly, Ben & his clone raise the heat that makes Nirvana glows redder as it gets hotter. The others now can see Nirvana glows red and they can feel the temperature around Nirvana raises. They don't know what happens to Nirvana, but the smart Brain can understand it fast.

"NO WAY! THAT BRAT WANTS TO MELT NIRVANA!?" shouts Brain with widened eyes.

"It seems so," says Mira as she attacks Brain in her Satan Soul form.

"THERE'S NO WAY I WILL LET IT HAPPEN!" says Brain angrily as he blocks Mira's attack and attacks her back with a stronger spell.

Mira gets hit by his attack and flings back fast, she crashes onto the trees. Brain tries to chase Nirvana and gets on it again to stop Ben, but Mira attacks him from afar. Mira can't let Brain gets on Nirvana and disturb Ben now.

"You won't get anywhere," says Mira as she changes into Satan Soul: Halphas.

Mira keeps attacking Brain and makes him unable to get on Nirvana. So Brain contacts his subordinates and orders them to get on Nirvana and stops Ben. His subordinates are surprised to hear that Brain isn't the one on Nirvana now.

They want to follow his order immediately, but their opponents are attacking them. The ones who can reach Nirvana again are unable to even touch it now because it's very hot. Even the Ice Mage can't cool it down with their magic.

Nirvana's temperature has reached 1500 degrees Celsius now. But it's still moving like before, showing its toughness. The temperature keeps rising significantly and makes Nirvana glows brighter.

Some places in Nirvana have started to get burnt. The fire appears here and there, but the main system is still working. Nirvana still works even in such a situation. No wonder Roubaul couldn't destroy it himself in the past.

Nirvana gets very hot that when its legs touch the trees, they will get burned immediately. Gray & Lyon who have finished their battles are now working to puts the fire off to avoid the forest getting burned using their Ice Magic.

On another hand, Natsu is very happy with so many trees getting burned. Now he is flying around the burnt trees with Happy's help and eating the flame. Cobra is a strong opponent for him and he needs to replenish his Magic Power, so this is a blessing for him.

Soon, Nirvana's temperature reaches 2500 degrees Celsius. It is beyond the materials toleration and Nirvana starts to get slowed down. It finally stop moving completely after it reached 3000 degrees Celsius and it falls.

But Ben continues because Nirvana hasn't get destroyed. He needs to destroy it completely so no one can learn it and build a new one from the remains of this thing. He keeps raising the temperature slowly so the Lacrima Crystals won't break.

It reaches 4000 degrees Celsius soon and no one can get closer to Nirvana now even when they protect themselves with magic. Even Natsu, a Fire Dragon Slayer can't get closer because it is too hot even for him.

To avoid the heat from destroying the forest, Jura uses his Magic to create tall walls of Earth that surround Nirvana. But he needs to make the walls very thick because the heat can pass through the thin walls.

Finally, Nirvana's body starts to melt when it reaches 5000 degrees Celsius. It's almost as hot as the Sun's surface, which means that it is very very hot. It is so hot that even the ground around Nirvana also starts to melt and turn into lava.

"What a strong heat, even my walls have started to melt. But is this really necessary?" ponders Jura.

Nirvana is melting now and luckily Jura's thick Earth walls prevent the molten materials from spreading. His walls have acted like a bowl to hold the molten materials.

"When will this finish?" ponders Jura as he strengthens his walls.

Well, Ben has finished already, but now he is trapped on the melted Nirvana. He is standing above the hot red liquid without anything on his body, a.k.a naked. His clothes were burnt when Nirvana reached 4500 degrees Celsius.

Ben is fine in this very hot environment because he has high heat tolerance. If he can make his body reach 5000 degrees Celsius without being able to survive it, then there's no use to have that ability.

"I hope no one sees me now," says Ben as he looks around.

Right now, Ben is standing above the molten lava and doesn't sink because he uses his gravity magic to reduce his weight a lot. He can walk on the lava without much trouble except for feeling the ground is very soft like foam.

Ben goes to the side and then climbs Jura's Earth wall. He wears a set of clothes on the top while looking at the melted Nirvana. His Magic Power has reduced a lot when he melted Nirvana.

He has gone as far as melting the Nirvana when he could just destroy it by destroying the Lacrima Crystals. It's all just so that there will be nothing remaining from Nirvana. It should make him happy, but he can't get happy when he remembers what will happen after this.

He looks at the sun that almost disappears on the horizon. Ben has a sad expression as he looks at the sunset that doesn't look beautiful at all. Sunset has never felt this bad for him.
