I walked through the door of the bar. Inside were nothing but loud and burly men.

Why would Lucy come here alone?

As soon as I walked through the tables, I heard Lucy's voice shout out.

She shook her head, "No." she said, "He left."

I nodded, "Okay." I said, "Hey, how about we go back to the inn and have something to eat? I'll buy."

She looked at me with a frown, "With stolen money?"

I shrugged, "What of it?" I said, "This guy was harassing you. Come on, lets go."

I said that while walking and holding her by the shoulder.

She followed me as I walked.

"Your magic is pretty strong." Lucy said as she ate her sandwich

I nodded, "pretty sweet, eh?" I said, "It enhances hand-to-hand combat moves with magic. That aside, I got two really cool spells that would seriously mess up anyone."

I was eating roasted chicken with some mashed potatoes.

Her eyes glistened, "Really?" she said, "Can you show me?"

I shook my head, "You can only see them when I'm in combat." I said, "And I wouldn't use it on a pretty girl such as yourself."

She blushed, "Y-You think I'm pretty?"
