"Are you two okay!?" A handsome man on a pure white horse asked cautiously once he reached Akira and Ares.

"Tch..." Ares responded with coldly not giving the man any respect.

"Ah...yes we're alright but we should worry about everyone else in the town!" Akira responded with pulling her hand away from Ares. The handsome man smiled brightly as he got off from his horse.

The young man was tall and handsome with flaming red hair and blue eyes. His outfit was one of the Royal Guard uniform.

"My name is Cain Astrea of the Royal Guard." He introduced himself to Akira. "Do not worry. The Royal Guards will arrest these and help the civilians. Are you from this town...miss...erm.."

"Akira." Akira answered with a bright blush on her face. "Akira Sullac. No, I'm not from this place. I'm actually from Kararagi Town." Akira explained like Ares wasn't even there.

"Oh really?" Cain questioned surprised. "Well it must be disappointing to have bandits ruin your trip here. We've been dealing with these cases a lot. Would you like me to get you a carriage home? It's soaking wet out here, I wouldn't want a lady like you to catch cold." Cain suggested but before Akira could answer Ares interrupted.

"Actually I'm taking her back to her town so why don't you go flirt with some else, eh?" Ares glared at Cain with annoyance. He hates pretty boys that pretended to act all polite towards women. "I'm a brown rank, so watch it." Ares added on with a sly smirk.

Cain finally turned towards Ares. "Oh I didn't see you there." He simply said then turned back to Akira. "I see that this ruffian is with you. I'll be going then Miss Akira." He then got back on his horse to return to his guild who were done gathering all the bandits.

"Can't you be polite for once?" Akira asked with a frown. Ares turned his head away from hers and began to walk back to the inn.

"Let's go get our stuff kitty." Ares suggested with annoyance. "I'm so hungry..." Akira sighed softly before walking along with him.

"NOT SO FAAAAST!!" A bandit yelled running towards the two.

"Watch out!" Akira pushed Ares out of the way. The swords blade ripped right through Akira's chest.

"Ah....It..." Akira tried to speak. She looked at Ares with distraught. Her knees gave away almost immediately after.

"AKIRA!!" Ares yelled as he tried to catch her.

"S...orry...fo...for...the...trouble..." Akira finished before passing out on the ground. Ares black eyes widened with anger and fear.

"HAHAHAH!" The bandit yelled. His form started to change into a fairy. "She was annoying anyway!" He laughed pulling the blade out of Akira's chest.

"YOU BASTAAAARRD!!" Ares yelled angrily.
