7 Driver Li Feng

"Stop stealing other people's wives." Li Feng spoke coldly as he was holding a packet of cake from the same bakery with a bouquet of blue roses. "Dear, look what I brought for you."

Li Jie rolled his eyes and walked upstairs. While Jian Tang frowned seeing her husband like that and sighed. When her childish husband was going to change his ways. "I can't finish a whole cake, I will get fat, and what I am going to do with all these flowers, they will wither away."

"I will love you even if you are fat, just toss the flowers." Li Feng looked at his full hands and quickly gave the things to the servants. He quickly kissed Jian Tang on her chicks enclosing her in his arms. "You are not going to ask me how my day was?"

Jian Tang put her hand on her forehead and walked to the kitchen leaving him hanging with her last words being..

"Today we have carrots and bell pepper for dinner." Li Feng's expression fell even though these were his son's favourite things; they were a nightmare for him. He was clear Jian Tang was out to get him.

The dinner for the trio was in silence as always but Li Feng's struggle with his food was clear to everyone present. Li Jie and Jian Tang did their best, only to laugh in controllably.

"If both of you can laugh, you can also have lunch meeting with Miss tomorrow." Li Feng spoke, putting his cutlery down with clicking noise.

"Why?" Li Jie looked lost in the conversation while Jian Tang nodded and told the butler Ryan to make the preparations.

Li Feng smirked hearing the why from Li Jie. "Do you still want to get engaged to Miss Leng?" Li Jie quickly moved his neck in a No in hurry, scared that Li Feng would use his silence as agreement.

"Then better be ready for lunch tomorrow. Your mother will do all the work you only need to nod." Li Feng warned Li Jie for the last time before getting up.

"The dinner?" It was Jian Tang who stopped him. "If you hate carrots and bell pepper we still have the cake left."

Li Jie broke out laughing at the sentence and quickly ran to his room after finishing his plate.

He wondered why he hadn't heard of the system today at all, but at the same time he didn't want any interaction with it.

[Why, host? I am the cutest system that you can have.] System 420 spoke up. Li jie put his hand on his heart that almost came out of his chest. He quickly gritted his teeth and lay on the bed covering face.

Unlike the Li manor, Leng Rui's apartment wasn't this peaceful. Leng Rui sat at the dinner table with his younger sister Leng Jiangzhu. The atmosphere looked quite tense but Leng Rui held a smile which wasn't the case for his sister Leng Jiangzhu.

"So, you want to replace me in the engagement with the Li family?" She could believe anything at this moment. Why was her cold,'nothing can affect in the mortal world' type brother asking to be engaged all of a sudden?

"No, Li family only has one son they don't have a daughter for you to get engaged to?" Leng Jiangzhu looked more puzzled and confused. This engagement from the start didn't matter to her as she already had a boyfriend she was in love with but her elders never approved of breaking it. So she never got a choice but this was the moment but she needed answers first.

Leng Rui gave her a single glance as if considering if this idiot was really his sister. "Well, I want to get engaged to the same young master. No wait, I want to marry him." Leng Rui's brown eyes turn darker with every word he spoke. Soon he heard the expected scream from his sister.

"You are gay…no wait gay marriage are legal…but even if you are why not marry a better guy? What in this young master of Li family you are the head of the whole Leng family brother." Leng Jiangzhu wanted to cry at this moment, the brother she was so proud of wanted to not only get engaged but also wanted to marry the infamous young master Li. Even she knew one of these days the engagement was going to get cancelled as her parents will never let her marry the good for nothing.

"Cause he is interesting. He is like the cat I once had when I was young. I will marry an interesting person over a useful person anyday. Not like I can't divorce." Leng Rui said without thinking about it much. But at the moment his sister questioned her sanity.

"Who marries people because they are interesting?" She was done with this elder brother of hers.

"You want that boyfriend of your to get acknowledged by our parents right?" Leng Jiangzhu's ears quickly perked up but she tried not to show her vulnerability until her brother showed all his cards."I can also send you both on a vacation anywhere paid by me." As soon as Leng Rui spoke the last line Leng Jianzhu got up screaming 'deal done.' Leng Rui smirked now he only needed to get approval from his in-laws

The next day,

Jian Tang made him dress up for 'the lunch' despite Li Jie's protest. She could have an arrogant son but she could never have an unkept son especially in front of the Leng family. She made Li change the dress three only to say yes to a white turtleneck sweater and navy blue pants.

Jian Tang showed his look and finally gave a thumbs up. Li Jie sighed and took his hand and walked down stairs matching each other's outfit. Jian Tang herself was wearing a white one piece.

"You look good." Li Feng stood at the last step admiringly at the mother son duo. Not only were their silver hair similar but even their facial features weren't any different. The only difference was probably Li Jie's light blue eyes which he got from him.

Compared to his wife and son who looked like they were going to attend a wedding he wore a blue suit but his clothes matched with Jian Tang's white dress unintentionally.

"Of course mother told me to change my outfit three times." Li Jie answered Li Feng's compliment.

"No, I was talking about your mother. Compared to her you look like a white feathered male parrot." Li Feng straightforwardly roasted his son and walked to bring the car.

Today Li Feng drove the car himself as Jian Tang sat beside him while Li Jie felt like a light bulb on the backseat alone. He couldn't wait to reach the restaurant. And eat till his fathers wealth completely vanishes.

"Remember to not speak anything unnecessary. Your mother will handle the rest." Li Jie listened to his father for the last time as he left after dropping them off. He couldn't understand why Li Feng would just come all the way to the restaurant only to be their driver. Not understanding his father, Li Jie shrugged it off and walked with Jian Tang inside the restaurant. The reservation was already made by Ryan. They only had to inform the reception. But the manger walked towards them as soon as they walked inside.
