Will he turn into a Great Ape if he see the moon?

He can but only if he wishes to, he has complete control over it.

Why a Kryptonian bloodline and not something like a Dragon God or Leylin Sun's Child bloodline?

So i later don't have to get frieza bloodline cause its too weak, The sun child base form is weaker and even without those limits Kryptonian bloodline will be limitless too. I'm saving the Dragon God bloodline until i go to the Against the Gods world tho i may steal i mean receive the Juggernaut Drive before the Dragon God.
