Arc looked at his status he was very happy, it has increased quite a bit
"I guess consistent training pays off, but this system mission is giving me a headache," Arc complained
"MISSION no.1. Is quite easy to fulfill since I have a lot of guys that are capable of doing it, the problem is MISSION NO.2 and, MISSION NO.3. It will take a while to complete them. But the privilege upgrade might be the one I've been waiting for, with the privilege upgrade I may be able to cure my mom and dad" Arc said hopeful
"Eve, do you have the lists of all the criminal organizations in UG? If we're taking over the underground organization, we should start in our own backyard. Unfortunately, we don't have a major criminal organization in Radial city which is kind of weird since this city is a center of commerce in Eastern UG, there must be someone behind it right?" Arc asked
"According to data, HFA has a 30% stake in radial city…" Eve replied
"Now it all makes sense, if that's true then it's not weird for the major criminal organization to avoid radial city like a plague, actually what I find weird is that I'm disappointed that we don't have a major criminal organization here, because it's a good thing for me and my sisters before I have the system, but I guess one's perception changes with their status in life, well whatever I'm not the same as I was back then, and I'm actually doing a good thing taking over those criminal organizations, honestly I rather clean them up than taking over them," Arc stated
"Boss, there's merit in taking over them, we will be able to move in the shadows in the future if we used them as shields, that way Grand Trading Corp. won't be implicated in any way…"
"Yeah, I know that just take it as me rambling I don't care much in other nations for now, but I want all major criminal organizations in UG either under our control or removed, I want UG to be a place my family can move without any worry," Arc said seriously.
"You got it, Boss. Said Eve, I've prepared the list of all the known criminal organizations in UG. Take a look, Boss."
Arc looks at it, and the more he reads, the more a frown on his face appeared. He reads the name and the business of the criminal organization, and he felt like puking.
He is not new to working in a criminal organization, working on the streets he heard a lot of rumors about it, but he never paid much attention to it mainly because he thought it was greatly embellished. But since this information was given to him by Eve he knew the accuracy of the data even if it's not 100% it should be around 99% that's how powerful Eve is in gathering evidence.
Now he was taking back the thought of regret not having any major criminal organization near him. He took a deep breath to calm his mind, it is not surprising he felt this way in the data Eve has given him it didn't just contain text, it also contains pictures and videos, it would be weird if he is not affected.
"I thought I already strengthened my mind in the training machine, but I guess I still have a long way to go."
"Is this what humanity is capable of doing? He asks himself I guess living in peace makes one ignorant, this really opens my eyes to the truth of the world" Arc said with a weary smile
"Do we really have to take over them, Eve?" He is clenching his fist. He imagined He and His sisters going through this. ~Stop! I need to stop imagining things~ He shouted in his mind, maybe because he knows what it's like to live at the bottom, that he can understand what it feels like to be powerless. He shakes his head and takes a deep breath to calm himself.
"Eve, when do we take over them?" Arc said with a determination
He didn't need to finish his questions.
"We will clean them up Boss, don't worry, we will stop all inhuman activities and have them work for us in managing the city and the government. But Boss, blood will still be spilled" said Eve
For a while, he didn't answer.
"I know as long as it's not innocent people, I may have been adamant in taking over the world and such but deep down I'm still human and no matter what I have to do in the future there are some lines we should never cross, I don't know what will happen in the future or what kind of changes I would undergo but for now I just want to help those victims and kill those criminals" he stops speaking for a while
"Sigh, fine, kill those that need to be killed and used those that can be used" Arc continues
"Roger that Boss" Eve replied immediately
To be honest, Eve doesn't really care about the victims or criminals, She was just suggesting the best move to help Arc with building his forces. And if Arc really wanted to kill those criminals, Eve has no problem with it, She will just adjust to it.
This really wakes Arc up, this is a culture shock for him. He may have been too neglectful in the past, he didn't bother to care or even ask how they are accomplishing their task, now he began to imagine it, for all he knows innocent lives are being implicated or even losing their lives because of him, and not knowing about it doesn't make him innocent
Arc trusted his subordinates, but he also knew how devoted they are and knew they will do anything to fulfill his orders. So it is better to be clear about what lines they can cross and those that they can't cross.
Of course, he also knows not everything is black and white, there are a lot of gray areas when it comes to dealing with people. But for now, this will do, after all, he is still learning how to deal with the change in his status after all.
"Relay my words to them, Eve, this is my bottom line and no one is allowed to cross it."
He closed the window, he had enough of reading. He closed his eyes and tried to calm his mind, Eve didn't bother him, but she began to give Arc instructions to the rest of the guys, she continues to watch Arc nobody knows what she is thinking...
Of course, Arc is not aware of it at all, He was still trying to calm his mind, he tried to erase all the graphic images he has on his mind, Eve's report has a lot of pictures and videos it is not easy to erase those kinds of things in his mind.
"Am I too imaginative?" he asks himself, he sighed.

"Poopy… I mean, cosmos, what are you doing here? I bet you smell the food, right? Looks like you're using your skill on things besides what was intended." He ruffles the head of Cosmos before he knows it, His mind is already relaxed.
"I guess I owe you one this time poo... Cosmos."
Cosmos jumps at him and tried to lick his face.
"Alright, alright, I'll ask Jarvis to get you something too"
Bark, bark...
"Look like this mutt really learned how to act cute, I remember Amy always playing with him, she even sleeps beside him, and always brings him whenever she goes, she took ownership over this mutt, I underestimated this mutt, his acting cute is so effective to girls"
He looks at Cosmos.

"How's your acting cute going on?"
Bark, bark...
"Brother, what are you doing with cosmos?"
He looks back and saw Amy. Her hair was all messy and was rubbing her eyes, clearly, she has just woken up.
"Nothing he came here when he smells the food, I was about to tell him to go back to you, go ahead you can take him…"

Cosmos' face is like it's about to cry, but he still walks to Amy when she calls him and Amy took him back to her room while saying to Cosmos "I'll feed you later ok!"
After Amy left with cosmos, Arc started laughing he can't forget the pathetic face of cosmos who was about to cry, "I'm starting to really like that dog haha"
After eating his fill, he went to his bedroom to sleep.
