Arc was conversing with Eve at the moment, and it's been 3 days since he summoned Ash and the others. The construction is still ongoing, and it's still needed a few days to be completed.
According to Mia, it's because of bad weather, and there's still no new information from Lisa the liaison for the army supply office, but he's not worried even if it didn't work. There's not much loss for him, since he still required a lot of time to establish his power properly. In a worst-case scenario, he'll just wait until he's able to build his own spaceship and go to Liberty himself.
Eve was giving him an update on everything. After a while, he looked at his status.

"I currently have a 278 energy unit, and it will be 300+ in a few days. The next factory is already set, but I will have to wait until all preparations are complete," He stated.
"Eve, should we continue with the current plan? I think the development of the war will soon change because they will put their first priority towards the people, and I have a feeling that the factory we choose before will not be enough." He said with his suggestion as uncertainty came on their predicament.
"The data shows that even with the coming war, the earth would not get influenced, and my data analysis displays that even with the war is coming more than 80% of humans on earth will not be affected, but it might change depending on the outcome of the war, and there's no way to predict for now since there's almost no data regarding the hostile Alien Force." Responded Eve.
"I guess so, but I feel that HFA is not telling us everything about this war. There must be something else that convinces the HFA to go to war. Although the death of, 22000 lives is a good excuse, I feel that it's not enough to risk the lives of millions, or possibly billions of lives in this war." He said, looking serious.
"Or am I thinking too much? What do you think, Eve?" He looked at her wearily.
"It's possible, boss, but not enough data to support it." She replied to him reassuringly.
"Yeah, it was just a gut feeling on my part. I guess we'll find out in the future." He calmed down after hearing her answer. He should not rely on his emotions, and he should think calmly and figure things out. What sort of leader was he, if he lost his cool?
He left his room, and he was looking for her sisters, planning to give them a 1- star enhancement serum. He believes that the sooner he gave it to his sisters, the better. His first intention was to give it to his parents, but Eve stopped him as there might be some complications that might arise since it's not a Recovery Potion, so he decided to heal his parents first before he gave them the serum, just in case.
"Brother, what's this?" Asked Anne, and Amy was looking at him in confusion after Arc found them.
"It's an enhancement serum that I paid a great deal to acquire. It will enhance your physique and improve your immunity. Don't worry, It's very safe. I already took one myself, and I will give it to mom and dad in the future when they get better." He explained and comforted them.
Anne and Amy nodded in understanding, trusting their brother completely with no questions.
He took the serum and injected it into his sisters, and the container of the serum got emptied after inserting the liquid into their veins until the pain they felt disappeared in seconds. After that, her sisters suddenly felt sleepy, so he let them sleep to give them rest, and he knew it was a side effect of the medicine working in their bloodstreams.
When his sisters fell into a blissful sleep, he went to the living room to summon their new pet dog, and he pressed the summon button until a big dog similar to a Tibetan Mastiff appeared before him. It has glossy, black fur that looks really fancy. It looks cute too, especially when it's wagging its tail, and he patted it on top of its head affectionately, which the dog felt delighted, moving its tail side by side quickly.
"I should give you a name, but don't expect it too much because I suck at naming," He smirked.
The dog only looked at him with expectations in its eyes.
"Hmm, Blacky?" The dog growled at him.
"You don't like it? I guess it's too common. What about Bingo, no? Che! What a picky dog. Let see… Stain, Coal, Burnt, Poopy…" He listed off the names he knew of. Which the dog vehemently barked in dissatisfaction.
He suggested a couple more of the dogs' names, but the dog kept growling at him in dislike until Jarvis, his trusted butler, can't take it anymore, so he interfered and gave his own suggestion instead.
"Boss, what about Cosmos? It has a nice ring to it."
"Cosmos. Huh, do you like it?" He asked the dog.
The dog, Cosmos, jumped up and down in joy because the creature likes it.
"I guess if I name you Poopy, my sisters are going to kill me... Well, Cosmos it is, then." Arc finalized.
"So Cosmos, your job is to protect my sisters and act cute. That's your job. What do you think?"
Bark bark
"You didn't like it? Which one? The first? No, the second? I see, but it is the most important part of all. If you didn't act cute, what if my sisters didn't like you? How are you going to protect them? If they didn't like you? Did you think about that?" He tried to persuade the dog.
Cosmos' expression was hesitating at first until it eventually relented.
Arc, on the other hand, grinned triumphantly.
"You may have higher intelligence than me, but I'm still smarter than you, hahaha!!" he said in his mind. After that, he played and teased their family pet dog, since Cosmos technically belongs to him too.
"Ok, don't forget to act cute when you meet my sisters, and that's the most important job that you have." He said seriously.
Cosmos barked in the affirmative, taking his words seriously.
"Good, I'm glad you understand." He felt satisfied with his pet's answer.
Even though he looked serious on the outside, deep inside his mind, he was laughing heavily.
